I highlighted everyone in US team had been binned.
Became apparent this was because a new us team was being brought in. I said the New US team was interesting and looked forward to what they woudk bring to bidstack.
This was caveated with a concern that bidstack needed to raise funds. It’s been clear all along.

Now Opaque Bidstack have revised forecasts (secretly again). No bank would leans a company money that cannot accurately forecast their numbers.
To be fair to bidstack in their annual report they admitted it was difficult to forecast.

Only a few months ago you lost your head, ****ging of bidstack, while trying to sell your position.

I’d actually go so far to say that raising funds was the only thing Opaque Bidstack PLC was clear about.

Always a concern bidstack needed a placing. Bidstack said it in their annuals, but most just ignored what the company actually said.

I’m not buying this NDA BS with EA any more.

NDAs and confidentially agreements are signed by two parties. For the sake of this conversation let’s say EA and Bidstack.

If a true NDA was in place,

1) how would Azerion even know about EA signing with bidstack? Bidstack wouldnt be able to disclose.

2) why would one of Bidstacks employees say they “partner” EA at a recent conference. Blatant breach of NDA

I’m sure there’s been other mentions of EA by bidstack too.

It seems the NDA only applies to the general public which of course is a load of rubbish!!!

SP spike about 4.2p today, revised secret forecasts RNS, SP ends that day down 20% from days high on volume.
Haven’t got to be a genius to work out there’s an issue with revised forecasts.

This is the biggest issue with bidstack.
Absolutely no transparency what so ever.

Shouldn’t you be calling out draper and stifle to see revised forecasts rather than being concerned about a pointless letter to a regulator!!

Draper should be releasing revised forecasts to the market so they are in public domain.

Love him or loath him, his points are valid (I’ve not seen the stifle note so can’t comment or verify)

If the stifle forecasts are accurate about cash in the bank, you can understand why draper is keeping forecasts secret

I really don’t know why this AAA publisher cannot be named.
It’s clearly common knowledge in Bidstack, and will clearly be common knowledge to people outside of bidstack if Jude and co. Are selling ads into the aAA publishers games.
It is material information and should be disclosed.

Positive news about new US team (with a punchy CRo statement) resulted in a mini ramp, new and old PIs piles in, and the traders took their 20/30% profits.

Aldebaran - it’s an impressive team that have come in. Make no mistake about that.
There has surely got to be something significant to draw this team in

I still have concerns about funding though. I think this is holding SP back.
Maybe this will be alleviated in a few weeks on game changing news.

Remember this is pretty much a retail play.
SP starts moving, FOMO kicks in, and more retail investors pile in/top up.

Helx - rather than continual digs, do you have an opinion on the ex Adcolney coming into Bidstack in US?
To me, seems best “news” for some time and I am unsure why Bidstack haven’t made something of it.

As I think some one pointed out, sales staff in the states predominantly get paid in commission. They must therefore see this has a good opportunity to make money right??

I posted something positive bottomz as I noted what I felt a significant positive shift.

It’s like you don’t like the fact I’ve posted something positive so have to make sure people know how negative I’ve been about bidstack.

I’ve always said if bidstack can turn this round I will change my tune.
To date they haven’t done anything to suggest a major shift in shareholder value creation.

new CROs comments yesterday with Adcolney team now on board is intriguing and I look forward to see what this new is.

Absolutely no transparency, and the excitement has come from a new CRO with a punchy statement and new team coming in.

I’m really hoping this is a turn for bidstack.

If game changing material news is not delivered in next few weeks/month then questions will start to be asked (as per usual)
