What interest rate is a bank going to give Bidstack in the current climate?
Everyone says forget about past blah blah blah, but believe me that is exactly what will be looked at when underwriting any loan facility.
The fact that they cannot accurate forecast any numbers will go totally against them (no bank will lends them money IMO - just entertaining the dreamers), and therefore any interest rate would be punitive.

You would like to think they’ve planned ahead, but leaving £34k in the bank in December doesn’t sound like planning.
Maybe if they had actually appointed a CFO (they have appointed a CRO - completely different roles) they wouldn’t be in this mess

DRB - statements similar to yours have been made after every placing since 2019.

New chairman, only 21 days in, is also complicit here as no doubt he would have had to sign off.

It is a shambles as you just cannot trust the information that comes out of the company as they are always hiding something.
