Bidstack have gone round everyone to see who would give them funding.
PIs were the last resort, and that’s the only reason the fund raise isn’t at a discount.

Share price be down tomorrow, and everyone rushing into the book build thinking they’ve got a deal will get a rude awakening.
30% dilution, so 2p’ish share price at todays mkt cap.
I’ll Give some credit for now having funds, and reckon this will settle around 2.5p’ish over next few sessions.

Only a few months ago, Trad lost his head, expressed it here but then realised didn’t make sense to critique bidstack as he wanted to unwind his position.

This is a fact as he even questioned why I wouldn’t do this (believe the post was this weekend).
