It means they have employed the services of a lawyer out side of bidstack to review the case.
So in another words more serious than just having in house lawyers (Dave garney) reviewing and responding.
Ultimately azerion want to end the deal (bidstacks words not mine), but bidstack are disputing they can’t hence involvement of a lawyer.

If any one thinks this is now done and dusted then more fool them.

Might just come to some agreement rather than go through a legal process.

Not sure law and jurisdiction of contract, could be England and Wales, or could be Netherlands (where azerion is HQ’d) Law could differ slightly in each jurisdiction. That could potentially be why Bidstack have sourced external council as Netherlands law and jurisdiction which I’m sure bidstacks internal council will be unfamiliar with

Azerion obviously took advantage of Bidstacks weak position to make them sign exclusivity.
