Might be a small downward reaction today from the news but holding firm would be sensible.

News already in the price so next RNS should be drill results from one or two of the already drilled exploration shots.

As with all things history may teach us a good lesson and this is a classic position on the curve.

Finding the ore is the first step and we all get excited..... rightly but....... eventually unless there is a takeover or a massive JV reality kicks in and someone realises that we have to spend billions digging it out.

Then the fun slows down until we become a producer.

GGP was the classic example of this so ride the wave of discovery but be ready to lose a little at the top when reality kicks in.

Until then lets hope other results come even close to the great start.

After watching the interview a couple of thoughts occurred to me.

1. I kind of felt sorry for Harry , after all these years of ducking and diving and bashing his head against the wall every day with the banks it must be like groundhog day. He must have a very understanding family.

2. His ambitions for Saudi are finally proving to be a real "goldmine" just as he has to sell them to keep TK afloat in some way.

Hopefully we are closer than ever to one or both of these scenarios playing out and after being here since October 2010 even I am beginning to want the doubt to be settled and we get digging. Massive potential -but that has always been the case - and very few would have had the sheer bloody mindedness to battle on for 15 or more years.

As the world seems to be going into some form of renewed chaos thanks to The Donald it may be that our time will arrive soon. Not today, not tomorrow but eventually. We do have good assets and proven reserves but no one yet to help us get the good stuff out of the ground. Perhaps there is a white knight hovering close by?

Another small investment here and I can now sit and patiently wait for him to arrive.

I have waited a long time already so a bit longer wont hurt too much.

However we still have oodles of Iron Ore and potentially tons of Silver etc.

So we wait as has been the case for someone in management to update us.

Keep going OML and you have done the 10% increase in the sale price. Then you can start on CAP XX again. They are missing your enthusiasm over there. Shame our price gap between buy and sell is a bit too big otherwise you could pop off with a job well done.

I hope I am wrong but somehow I doubt it!

Whilst I hold more than I should here and am a fan of future progress in either Iron Ore (Just find a man with a big shovel and wheelbarrow) and Silver (Munni Munni etc) with three possible drills half paid for by Aussie Gvmnt , I remain very skeptical indeed of our new and obviously recently employed hyper active set of experts.

OatMilkLatte has obviously been given a set of small mining organisations to boost for his masters and I suspect is just hoping for another small rise before his masters bail out with a 15% profit.

I would suggest that anyone new to this share on the speculative nature of the Deal on its Way mantra should be very cautious and like the rest of us await positive news accompanied by the very long awaited RNS.

This will not change my view of a potentially excellent long term opportunity at these prices but I am certainly not believing any of the sudden suggestions that a JV or good news is as close as certain posters are saying.

I wonder if the Elizabeth Hills potential is tweaking someone's interest. With all the talk of Gold being massively under pressure for the actual metal to be delivered and the shorts beginning to look rather exposed it would normally follow that Silver perks up and starts to undergo a long awaited transformation. If memory serves well (for a change) the mine (Australia's most productive) was mothballed when the price of Silver went as low as $13 per oz.

Now I hope that as it starts to move towards 3 times that value we/they/someone might think it worth an investment t =o reopen. As long as they are happy to help fund it.

Obviously the Iron Ore offtake deal is creeping along the bottom of the pond somewhere but China rather dictates that opportunity and I suspect that they have other things on their mind at present.

Anyway just a thought.
