Whilst patience is a virtue I think most people are running on empty and resigned to wait as long as is needed.

Everyone must be underwater with this share (except RP) and we will just have to keep everything crossed that we either find something worth mining or get bought out before doomsday arrives

I do agree with everyone that the lack of ANY INFORMATION AT ALL - including a medical report about RP's bad back - is either enforced or stupid neglect of the business. Now we all agree RP is not stupid.... he is too sharp a cookie to have all our money and be stupid ... so I wonder if this period of Purdah is caused by discussions that he is unable to discuss in public.

We are in prime elephant country and many would love to get their hands on our tenements so close to Telfer so perhaps we are in for a pleasant surprise.?

Highly unlikely I know but we can but hope.

I will keep taking the tablets anyway.

As the clock of doom continues to tick slowly towards the reality of an RNS it remains sensible to expect the worst but remain hopeful that even the sandstone above our potential goldmine is worth more than our current value!

One day we will look back and smile at how far we have come from the pit of despair to the sun filled vista of our golden (or silver) future.

RNS describes Red Setter initial overview.

This detail was very alluring and remains the main reason I continue to hold despite being heavily underwater like most of us.

The likely potential of this asset is interesting for two reasons that make sense even now to me…. Despite our beloved leader being out of action with a bad back …. Bless….

Telfer will need ore no matter who owns it!!

We are surrounded by existing finds!

Also at present a takeover or JV would be a petty cash deal for many of our neighbours.

So through gritted teeth and fearful of more losses it’s a real gamble but not for the faint hearted.

Anything else we own is a side show in my opinion

As has been said so often you only loose when you sell so I am hanging on until something of interest happens.

The lack of any proactive news and the chronic ability to ignore the shareholders shows a real lack of communications skill.

A bad back does not stop you communicating.

Perhaps a plausible theory could be advanced that the Board are simply biding their time when the Newmont Newcrest GGP fallout is complete and funds become available to go into the M&A cycle.

Good ground is hard to find and Red Setter is in a prime location for Copper and Gold. Everywhere around has found it so why not us.... but of course you have to drill it and find it so is it a good plan to just play at the game and await a bid from someone who ends up running the mining processing operation at Telfer. Just 10 k away?

Its well known that Telfer needs quality ore as well as the Havierion bonanza.

Loose change would do it and we would be far better off as a new toy for someone with the resources to prove up - or otherwise - the potential.

I still think this is an each way bet and at this latest price a very reasonable gamble unless you are a Widow or Orphan.

I know we are not looking at Silver as a main income but how does the relationship function.

Silver is a big requirement for EV's and seems to be lagging behind. Is it a fixed market still - as in the days of the Bunker Hunts??

Whilst watching the ying and yang being offered as @advice” it seems to me that even our board can’t mess up this income opportunity!

All that’s needed is a big digger and a lorry!

Ok a bit simplified but many others have done it and many are still doing it!

Doubled up my holding to try to recoup some losses— like so many others!

Perhaps we should sell later in alphabetical order to make it fairer

In view of most peoples opinion of RP I would suggest that he knows how to maximise what he has.

There seems to be no mileage in just letting WSBN collapse into nothing.... no one wins that way.

The cost of actually drilling the last 100's of meters cannot be so high as to bankrupt the business and he has done fund raises in the past to get him out of trouble.

There must be more to this than meets the eye and no doubt we will all tell each other how we knew that was going to happen just after the RNS announcing it.

My bet would be JV with someone to fund the drilling - it would "only" need a relatively small amount £300k to get a good slice of the potential upside. I cannot believe that there is nothing of value on our properties. That would be really missing with a missing stick.

Anyway we will all know what is going on soon.

As has been said many times by a lot of us, me included, the Licenses on the two main tenements - Red Setter and Cottesloe - are both in highly sought after locations. Red Setter in particular being so close to Telfer that I am sure it must be on a lot of Junior/Mid miners shopping list if RP wanted it to be.

It wont take a lot for this to go ballistic as it has before and I cannot see why RP would want to let this opportunity slip.

One good drill result (not even hitting the jackpot) would transform this .

End result is a quick gamble for more by me when I am already underground and probably deeper than our current drill.

Best guess would be sells and hangover shares reducing the number still hovering to tidy up shares for fees ??
