Odd but probably true post from Bamps21 on GGP Board saying license for Red Setter bid for by GGP.

No knowledge to support that but just passing on what I have seen

As a long term holder of both GGP and WSBN I would leave WSBN alone. I am hoping that the drilling they announced might actually happen but until they get results they are a busted flush unfortunately. Draining my GGP benefit very badly.

Only results will help WSBN , proximity is no use if they have nothing to mine.

Close enough to be used as a spoil heap as a last resort if they find nothing.

Quick thank you to all sensible contributors especially Bamps of course. Enjoy Sheffield every one.

Looks like the trading community has got bored waiting but I have reminded myself of the latest RNS from 21st May.

Still may and hopefully we will get the first set of results any day now. Momentum is important as we wait for the good news.

"Processing of core samples for the Phase II drilling at Mostaza is continuing with samples for the first seven holes now at the ALS laboratory. Work is ongoing to deliver all samples for the final Phase II drill holes to the laboratory before the end of this month. Planning and permitting for geophysics surveys and Phase III drilling at Cerro Negro is in progress.

Having followed Paddy and Bamps for many years now - and thank you all who contribute sense - it seems that with everything we now own both trains could be kept full until doomsday!

What capacity will we have available if we find another baby elephant near enough to feed Telfer’s digestive system at a reasonable cost!

Is there such a thing as too much to process or would it allow Shaun to be even more selective on what we process!

What is a reasonable distance / depth for us to be able to mine cost effectively?

Do future technical improvements lend themselves to even greater efficiency in the near term?

Some people are never happy. Loads of moaning when nothing happening and no prospects of any drilling at all then when someone does something - which may be positive eventually - they all start off again about fund raising and freeloading.

If you don't like the company you are invested in then "go away" or words to that effect.

Why waste time and your efforts in automatically denigrating (saying bad things in - case you are not up to speed with English) a share that you obviously expect or want to fail.

No point investing in Aim explorers if you don't have the bottle to see it through. One way or the other.

Rant over now sod off and stop wasting everyone's time.

For the rest of us happy gamblers good luck all.

At this stage with no drilling started there is little point doing anything dramatic.

Price will rise when drilling starts and then slide down again while people wait for the results.

The results will take longer than people hope so traders will get bored and take their 5% which is fine.

If the results are good we will race away or if not slump again with all sorts of experts helping with there views.

I will wait for the end game and trust the drill bit again

Two RNS's ago as they announced the planned drilling these extracts seemed most relevant.

· The drill pads from the previous RC drilling can be reused saving the costs and time of site set-up and heritage surveys.

· Analysis by EGL highlights that the Red Setter Dome has strong similarities to the Telfer dome, which hosts the +15Moz Telfer Gold Mine now owned by Greatland Gold Plc (LSE: GGP).

· Previous Wishbone drilling only targeted a minor magnetic feature to the north of the main Red Setter Dome target but still intersected significant gold and copper mineralisation including:

Looks like a sensible plan of action to learn a whole lot more about the massive potential.

Only thing that would make it more exciting is if someone said Callum and Gervias (lead team at GGP years ago) were about to join the board. But let me dream for a few minutes before being abusive.

To quote a very old song. No news and lots of excitement at last. Thankfully the herd have yet to wake up to this (if you want to see a herd stampeded look at KEFI.)

Hopefully we can remain under the radar until some news actually arrives.

Drills on site would be next as has been suggested. I assume there are rigs available but we can wait if needed.

Much of the delays that normally hold things up have been done long ago with permissions and site preparation.

So perhaps we might get good news within the Merry Merry month of May.

I certainly need it -like so many others no doubt.

I was going by the LSE Fundementals data. Obviously way out of date.

With on 548m shares this minnow is somewhat less prone to the usual issues with other small explorers.

Lets hope they announce drilling rigs in place soon and we can anticipate the rest of the roller coaster ride.

Good news is a rocket ride

Bad news is a Liz Truss budget.

I am waiting for news here as well to reinvigorate our previous excitement.

This is a big gamble based on the earlier RNS saying that we are reopening the old drill holes with RC and a lot deeper.

I recall that Callum and Gervais at GGP held their nerve and drilled way past the 700 meters before they hit the motherlode so hopefully we might be as lucky.

Chances are slim that we will hit the hot spot but some more positive indications would light us up nicely.

I would recommend anyone new to such risky investments that they look at the Lassonde Curve Theory of mine development. It shows clearly how the normal path of value and share price change as the excitement of the discovery is modified by the reality of how to get the ore out of the ground and processed.

I have been caught by getting over bullish and not reacting fast enough to the down trend that follows the fun part but with luck we will see a meteoric rise very quickly should we get verified assay results of a viable ore body.

What we don't want is some mobile phone shot of a core with iron pyrites being held as the real thing like last time.

Anyway GLA and may we all be richer soon.

Whilst we all share in the frustration of a share with great potential simply swilling around on the bottom of the Aim pond it does seem that our new JV partners are getting their collective finger out.

Drilling on a known Silver deposit when the predicted surge in Silver price will coincide with results seems like a good move.

We get a pay off at last for a very excellent potential win. Not 100% but better than zero.

Various market leading investors including Eric Sprott are forecasting a major revaluation of silver once the crooks in the major banks can no longer manipulate the ratio of gold to silver!

Normally something like 15 to 1

Currently 150 to 1

Paper contracts far outweigh the volume of silver actually being mined so something will snap and the move will be rapid.

It’s just a matter of time
