I don’t see how Lesego can’t be involved in the final deal. It’s not like they sent one of their guys to work alongside EUA - he’s the CEO! I don’t think he would spend any time with EUA unless legeso stand to gain.

Normally you’d worry the NED position would interfere with his main job. Unless helping EUA helps Lesego as well.

Totally agree. Loads of ppl saying they were clever for timing it just right. They got lucky. Like someone who survives jaywalking across the M1 and then claims they found a clever shortcut.

I see ppl blaming rampers with ‘unrealistic’ targets. I assume I’m one of the ppl they mean. The thing is, I don’t see how something can be a ramp when I can show my workings as to how I arrived at the ‘unrealistic’ targets. And that has not changed today. For me all they’d happened is I got my hands on even more shares.

2) Buyers offering less than x

X being the real value of the asset. The only relevant question to my mind is what is x? The RNS is irrelevant to that question.

I think the banks wouldn’t do an iota if work without an engagement letter unless they were a) confident and b) felt that time was of the essence.

Also, one possible reason for not having a signed letter is that EUA might not need the banks at all, especially since bringing on an ex-NN manager who presumably has all the contacts they need.
