Do the directors hold shares? When you click on director deals on lse it says there are none.

While it’s fair to not give divis at such an early stage, the interview talked about using profits to fund more projects. No mention of giving anything back to SH. So the only way to get a return would be to sell at a higher sp, which as we know on aim is risky because the sp doesn’t always reflect the true value of the company.

Btw the reason I’m mentioning these is because I’m thinking about investing here on Friday but have niggling doubts. Slow to buy, slow to sell (the exact opposite of ‘investing’ in a pump and dump)

NTTG, what you're basically saying is that the sp is low because the sp is low.

The sp is low because ppl aren't buying because they're nervous they've missed something because the sp is low because ppl aren't buying because......

The low doesn't prove anything about the real value of the company. The market gets it wrong all the time. Look at any company's year high compared to their year low. If you believe the sp is always correct, don't invest in anything other than an indexed fund.

Apparently if you’re still holding shares you are duty-bound to post positive comments every day even when there’s no news.

The trouble is, that's not always the case. Plenty have been caught on spikes recently.This only works if you're sure this is a bargain. Not everyone has the time/ability to do enough research.

A sale could happen any moment of any day from now until it happens. I can't think of any scenario which would mean no sale would happen, so there will be no closure unless a sale is confirmed.

I certainly don't see why anyone would assume a final deal can't be reached on the 21st (or even the 25th!)

NTTG, you say "I don’t believe all the fantastical figures being bandied around". Why do you consider them fantastical if they're based on facts and figures? Take Tricky's calculation this morning of 42p. Would you consider this fantastical, and if so, please could you explain where you disagree with his/her figures?

Here’s where I’m coming from.

I believe this company is worth a lot more than the current mcap because of my own calculations.

Having made that decision, the worst thing for me as an investor is uncertainty. This would make me doubt my calculations for no reason and susceptible to making mistakes. It makes no sense to keep changing lanes by buying and selling based on how I feel on any particular day (see Sam for further info). I’m invested here now and that’s a commitment to the long game.

Therefore, I refuse to listen to other people’s opinions now. I’ve made my decision and that is that.

So-called rampers are really just re-assuring each other of the soundness of the decision they’ve already made. This makes sense to me. We’re helping each other ignore the noise.

It’s the derampers that I don’t understand. They have no need to reassure themselves or anyone else. They are not invested. That’s fine. They have no need to worry about the sp. so the need to constantly post here is frankly weird.

At least it would be weird if not for the ulterior motives I suspect they have, which is why I and others don’t trust them even a tiny little bit.
