And even if they do the banks haven’t signed an engagement letter yet. And even if they do the asset might not be sold. And even if it is the bod might not pay as much as you hope. And even if they do you won’t become a multi-millionaire. And even if you do you might lose it or spend it. And even if you don’t if won’t make you happy. And even if it does life is fleeting anyway.

Personally, I know what I hope will happen but I can’t predict what will happen.

All I know is how much Pd the bod says is in the ground, how much they say it costs to extract and how much Pd can be sold for. That’s good enough for me.

If your assumptions about what will happen are anything like your assumption of other posters (ie based on nothing but your fantasy), I feel even more optimistic.

If you’d like to address the figures I mentioned the other day and explain why my figures are wrong, I’d be most interested. Posts based on anything other than facts and figures are useless

Aubrey, how much is the value of the Pd? And how much will it cost to start production?

The way I see it, the set-up costs are almost immaterial. The delay to production is more important so the NPV of the Pd will be reduced. Assuming a 1 year delay at 8% that would be (1-0.926= 0.074), so instead of £4B it would be £3.7B or so.

But the lack of comparison works both ways. M is cheaper to extract, has plenty of other metals and potentially millions more oz in adjacent exploration sites. That should be factored in too.

To be clear, 24p per share would be the approx sale price for NAP. NAP had just over 2 million oz of Pd. EUA has 15+ million, besides WK. Such an offer ought to be rejected without hesitation.

I'm in this now based on 1100 barrels per day. Not sure of the cost of extraction but at £50 or so per barrel, even if it costs £30 per barrel (which would be high), that's still over £8M gross profit per annum. and that's only the Egyptian project. And that's only at the current level of 1100 per day.

I'm struggling to calculate the total value here, but I can see it's clearly more than current mcap.

NAP had 2.32M oz of Pd and was sold for about £600M. So our 15+M oz should go for about £4B which is £3.2B to EUA. Less tax = £2.56B, less fees (guessing 5%) = £2.4B. This would make sp about 90p (regardless of how much divi was declared).

There are currently 346 million shares abc another 619 M will soon be introduced. Won’t the existing shares automatically lose almost 2/3 of their value?
