When I bought in here I told myself I’d be happy with 100p. Can’t convince myself to sell at all though, strongly believe this has so much more to give, hopefully the games will stop and the shackles will be released towards summer. Positive news on any front may be the catalyst this needs to break whatever it is that’s putting the brakes on..... Question is when is the sensible time to plan an exit?
Congrats Mrd! I’m overjoyed GTLD got it oh so very wrong yet again :)
Apologies I missed that, they need to update the site.... https://www.opec.org/opec_web/en/311.htm
OPEC meeting 17th/18th April in Vienna, maybe a reiteration/update of OPEC strategy. Trump will do anything to distract from the fact that (apparently from a friend who works for a US company alongside US citizens) the country is on the verge of recession as borrowing is getting out of hand and employment figures are being fudged ever since trump took his position, this man will leave a mess behind him.....
Looks like it’s in full flow, Brent and FTSE on an entwined drop today, be interesting to see if Brent bounces again after hours. Told myself to man up yesterday after considering bailing having bought in around 63p, might have been a good idea....
Anyone else got that feeling?
Not my opinion, just a comment I read on here iirc, sounds feasible if oil continues to look strong.....
110/114 I believe grippa, oil is looking strong on the back of EIA results. Be good to see rig count and hopefully this will break into triple numbers by Friday. GLA
These people are dangerous to long term holders. May be worth making a blanket post regarding them to dump on here daily so transparency is provided to potential new investors whom may be put off by the toxic bitter outlook these people have......
Could be a good explanation, if they buy, transfer to client, then buy again then I guess it would look like they’re buying and selling, when in fact they are only buying. A clever way of slowly mopping up shares to accumulate on the qt.....
GTLD, haven’t you been trying to talk this down since the early 60’s? Please don’t tell me you’ve also been out all this time......
Hawkey, what’s your view on Apollo becoming a SL funding/farm in partener? The potential North Sea acquisition venture could possibly be the start of something bigger....
http://www.lse.co.uk/ShareNews.asp?shareprice=PMO&code=6tjq0jme&headline=Premier_Oil_teams_up_with_Apollo_to_bid_for_Chevrons_N_Sea_assets Now wouldn’t it be nice if they became part of the SL journey......
I think OM Arb success is crucial to RKH in the event of further SL delay. Let’s not focus on PMO debt, and the fact that they are rumoured to be working hand in hand with cash rich Apollo, I’d say theirs a deal to be had with them in regard to SL farm down whereby Apollo stump up some development cash for a slice of PMO’s share, finger in the air guess but it’s a feasible plan and one that would work well.
Is it fair to say any cash rich major would simply want to take EOG out full stop? At a handsome 10p premium that at the moment looks like a god send to LTH’s they could have everything we own for around £44.5m, move on the stuff they don’t want and be left with a 100% slice of the pie of what they want and total control. Just a thought, but the appetites seem to be wetting for Ireland at the moment, maybe our farm in demands are a bit too rich.....
80p today and positive Zama sidetrack news tomorrow would do me nicely!
Or is that one of the most positive transcripts published in this sector for a very long time, thanks for the links guys. Hats off to the BOD, they have resurrected this company from the ashes and it appears they’re taking note of past mistakes and putting these lessons to good use with a strict financial approach in every aspect of the business. No problem with North Sea acquisitions here, with this approach any purchase is sure to offer value to PMO. Hopefully we’ll break firmly into the 80’s this week now the updates have been digested.
