Hello Simon, I had hoped after your initial reply to my emails that we had turned a corner on the information flow from Central Rand Gold. We have had two RNS�s in September neither of which contained the production data we had been promised. I am at a loss to understand that on the last RNS stating a change of broker, that the board didn�t think to let the shareholders know that the information regarding our production wouldn�t be released in September as stated in a recent RNS. One line to say, bear with us please, we are working hard to find a resolution to the companies problems and we won�t be in a position to release those figures in September. Whilst the news wouldn�t be exactly what many of us PI�s had hoped for, it would at least show a modicum of respect for the investors who had paid in part for the infrastructure that Central Rand has at its disposal. Simon, I note from your profile that you have been described as �A tough and effective negotiator� and �Hugely experienced, with a great blend of legal knowledge and commercial experience�. I cannot understand why you, as chairman of Central Rand Gold and given the current position of our company, have let something as simple as keeping to the promises released by the company slip by, especially as we had an RNS within a couple of days of the end of September. As I have had no replies to my recent emails, I am not hopeful of a reply to this one, which is a great shame as what I am asking for is only what the company has already promised. It doesn�t take much to begin to rebuild a reputation of a company, sticking to what they have promised is a great way to start regardless of whether it�s good or bad news is a good way to start. Please release the figures for our companies trading since June 2016 so all shareholders can have sight of the position of the company and make an educated decision on our investments. Best regards

To be fair they said September...

Not certain they will get suspended because they dont release the figures today, they will just add fuel to the fire that is currently burning and further confirm their inability to promise and deliver. I will be very annoyed and make sure that our Chairman knows it too. But, they havent broken their promise yet, so a little more patience is needed.

Patience... I wouldnt be surprised if it comes over today. I cant see them going bust after this announcement, so we are now down to a massive dilution, a partial sale or full sale... all of which are positive for me even if I dont like them or the price!!

2 mornings to go, well one if you count most RNS's release on Fridays seem to carry bad news. So, will it be tomorrow? What will the RNS contain? Will they release the current production figures of the widgets we make? Sorry, Gold, how much Gold we extract... mind you it might as well be widgets as for the past 15 months we have had NO production figures ( point deduction for repetition ). I sincerely hope that fellow PI's actually get something back from this debacle. We have all the gear ( kindly paid in part by us PI's ) and it seems no idea of how best to put this into action to date. I wonder if the board have considered handing back some of their salaries ( maybe thats a bit too severe ) in return for shares? Worth considering...Quite frankly I just hope they have managed to find the golden key ( concentrator unit ) to unlock the tremendous potential CRND has, it has to be said they have certainly put the effort in, will all be revealed by Friday? I wouldn't bet my dinner money on it if past performance is anything to go by, but I am ever hopeful of a new, bright shiney CRND within which I hold a few shares.... Frustrated and a little apprehensive Bournemouth.

Agreed Winston, there is a great deal riding on this week.... I'd like to see a profit on my investment, but realise that I may not see all of it back, I am convinced that I will see some of it though, anything over $30m valuation will see a small return. I think we all know that CRND has a value, as to what that is, well that depends on so many factors. I am certain that that value will have risen significantly after the positive news received about PUNO, concentrator unit, staff bonus, water levels etc. I am interested in seeing the salaries / fixed costs breakdown and the reduction of debt you mentioned. Lets hope we get some good luck to go with the good news we have received.

here it is in black and white... Operational Update The operations at Central Rand Gold have achieved a steady-state in the past two months, from May 2017, with operations having stabilised. The Company shall announce in September, along with the interim report, specific details of the production figures from January to June 2017. I'd like to see the figures from June 2016 as we can then gauge a whole years worth of production against our fixed costs. 4 days to go assuming nothing released today... I just really hope they dont leave it until after the market closes on Friday.

aftermarket announcement tonight... trying not to let this get the better of me, but its not working at the moment. Well, I have learnt a few lessons with CRND and the primary one is not to let the board get away with such poor information release. 1 week to go...

Lets hope were not hung out to dry... even if we have to dilute, at least we are still in with a chance of getting some of our money back. Only time will tell... I have a sneaking suspicion that they wont make the September deadline either, just a hunch.

Its all speculation, we actually KNOW NOTHING! 11 working days until the end of September, then hopefully we will actually KNOW something. I really hope that Simon Charles keeps to his word and the RNS and does actually give us the update.

Whilst I'm not happy with the recent RNS, see email to chairman, until I see what is on the table I will remain neutral to positive on this share. Yes, we owe some money, but... get the concentrator circuit working even at a 30% higher return than the 0.7gpt we have a viable business at 70% capacity of 45,000 tons per month. Its all about the timing and we are so very close to getting it right. DYOR

Hello Simon, I hope I can assume correctly and treat the latest RNS as a precursor to the RNS stated updating the shareholders on the following: • PUNO • Gold production since June 2016 ( 15 months without news ) • Water levels – Whilst I appreciate this is not down to CRND, I can’t imagine that contact has not been made for a detailed explanation • Tolling agreements • Debt level • Existing shareholder participation in any funding / dilution • Financial figures including debt repayments made as highlighted in a previous RNS As a long term shareholder who bought into the huge potential our company has, we have already agreed that our patience has been tested. I am concerned that in spite of your insistence that there will be no ‘cute deals’ carried out by CRND whilst you are chairman, we are not being suitably up to date on the progress and or any funding requirements which you have alluded to in the recent RNS. Over 40% of CRND is owned by PI’s, surely we should be offered the opportunity to participate in any future funding requirements. I look forward to your timely reply. Best regards Simon

I am inclined to agree with you, whilst I smiled earlier when I ready the altered format, this will have an adverse effect on our current value, it has too.OK, if they continue to reduce the levels at the current rate, we are approx 6 months from achieving the underground target again. Its not a great deal of time, but it is a set back. May have to revise the figures I proposed on the back of this. Like I said, this is CRND and we are on the AIM.

Come on, we have had a tranche of good news since the suspension, something had to give! I did have a chuckle to myself when I looked at the data sheets. Although CRND have no control over them, the water level or anything else the TCTA puts out, our overall value will be affected by this, as to how much, who knows. For all we know CRND, thanks to the disgraceful lack of information, could actually be a water cress farm and have nothing to do with Gold production?! 13 days to go... luckily I didnt put the deposit on the Aston, well not yet anyway...
