in the immortal words of John McEnroe... you cannot be serious! Is it Earth calling S4LMO? OK, that is meant in a lighthearted way. On the face of it S4LMO, you have a point. We have had no production news for over 1 year. We have been bailed out by our very generous shareholder from China on a few occasions and we have until a few weeks ago a very determined PUNO case looming large. Now this is where the game changes for me. We know we are positive in terms of debtors and creditors as we have a RNS that states that. We also know that PUNO has been finally resolved, OK so it took them 2 RNS's to get the currency calcs right, but at least the amendment was in our favour. We also know that the concentrator unit paid for by one of our shareholders is on its way and will be insitu by mid August ( OK, its a couple of months later than planned.) We also know that the 2.3m tonnes of ore we have bought for a nominal price has 0.7gpt of gold ( another RNS states this ) We know that given to small batches we have tested this can be increased to upto 5gpt ( another RNS states this too ) We now have access to the underground ore which has around 3.5gpt as an average. ( you get the picture on the RNS's ) So, in summary, 2 years ago we had 4 suitors who had access to the negative side of this information and its probably why they left or were asked to leave the process. In terms of our viability, we are really at green shoots level. I still firmly believe that we will have some very good news come mid September / early October once we have had time for the concentrator unit to bed in. I appreciate we owe approx $ 10m in loans and notes, but given all of the above, I think that's cheap for the potential we have at our fingertips. So, in answer to your question.. for what? Well, I'd say, quite a lot, in fact, a great deal of potential... and the tools with which to extract that potential. Still, if your in it, until the shares are relisted ( if they ever are again as I still believe we are being circled ) we wont know if the market feels the same as I do. DYOR.
