The company is going through a restructuring of it's finances, they have repeatedly warned existing equity holders risk "very significant dilution". And yet we have nutters on here talking about a retrace to 30p! For the love of god, it isn't going to happen. Infact i would say the chances of this staying above 3p are slim. If you take the current market cap and factor in "very significant dilution" (let's assume shares in issue increases to around 5bn, a relatively conservative figure as it could be closer to 10bn) then you're looking at possibly half a pence a share before this restructuring is done. It makes no sense whatsoever to be an investor right now and expose yourself to that kind of dilution. Once the restructuring is done, most of the bad news and risk should be in the rear view mirror, with every possibility the newly restructured company could see something of a recovery - if you're going to take a punt, that'll be the time to do it. The company should emerge from all this smaller, possibly much smaller, but also stronger, leaner and better placed, so there's a pretty good chance of seeing renewed investor confidence and a surge in buying activity post restructuring with market cap one day perhaps exceeding £250m or so - representing a potential multibagger for those who take a position early doors once the restructuring is done. Until then, this is very much one to watch from the sidelines and stay well clear of until the restructuring is finished and we can see what's what.
