According to morningstar
WPCT "A management fee of between 0.0125% and 0.06% of gross assets payable monthly in arrears. The portfolio manager is entitled to receive a performance fee equal to 15% of any excess returns over a cumulative 10% p.a. hurdle rate, subject to a high watermark. The majority of any performance fee will be payable in ordinary shares."
MINI "Management fee is payable monthly in arrears calculated at the rate of 1% p.a. of the market capitalisation. In addition to the basic management fee, the investment manager is entitled to receive a fee calculated at the rate of 1% p.a. of the net asset value of the redemption pool."
I will try and crunch some numbers on them later see if there is an obvious benefit to either, but I think both are good bets long term.
