I'm already invested here for many of the reasons you have stated, I do however ask you keep your ramping to the correct boards.

See you in several months when TILS have something concrete to support the share price until then every rise will drift back, like NCYT did in the beginning.

I read it as after 14days the dosing will end for that patient, during the 14day period the dosing levels may be adjusted so if responding very well to treatment it may not take the full 14days.

I remember seeing the 200 patients in member state and 400 total figures when I looked a week ago.

Differs from the RNS but a bigger trial should give us more conclusive results. I'm very reassured by the scientific approach being taken here with all the proper protocols, which means if the good news lands we are ready to blow.

14day dosing for each patient so expect no news for at least another couple of weeks. I'm loading up on any dips that's for sure.

It's worth remembering that Primer Design do not have any IP in play here either.

So whilst having a huge head start there is an open invite to the party.

The share price will still increase but the playing field could change rapidly in the next few months.

I'm not sure how useful it is anyway except that I read into it that Southampton are pretty much at their 10 and to speed things along will be continuing to enroll patients to the trial.

Other sites such as Birmingham as you mentioned are not as far along with the enrollment only logical that Southampton could get 15 before Birmingham get to 6.

Will be nice when the results RNS lands, perhaps they will send out a preliminary RNS when 100 patients have been enlisted?

As posted last night trial going a bit slower than people here anticipate.

Looking to Southampton to make up quota from sites that will not fill.

I’m fully loaded now waiting for news in the next couple of weeks.

Apparently 100 patients are to be split across 10 sites, each site recruiting 10 patients.

Some sites are struggling to recruit so Southampton will probably pick up the slack.

No indication on results will have to wait until trial complete doubt anything will leak.

I think most understand it, lots choose to ignore this and post because they think they can influence the price in either direction.

As you say this is not a new drug and was showing promising signs for COPD I believe that trial phase is currently on hold because of the Covid 19 outbreak.

As many have said even if the covid trial fails to prove efficacy we will still have the COPD business to fall back on so there is some support to the share price.

It's also a unique opportunity to further assess the drug in a trial setting i'm sure some data being gathered can be fed back into the COPD and we might be able to accelerate the product through approvals.

I did indeed say leaks next week. About the same time as a certain nurse was tweeting on twitter.

I'm a pharmacist and used to work at Southampton up until last year so I know several people in this trial.

At that point in time my friends where perhaps a bit too loose lipped on what was going on you may have noticed that twitter went very quiet, my friends have now banned me from talking to them about the trial essentially everyone involved got a slap on the wrists and told to tighten up ship.

I doubt we will get anymore leaks until something conclusive is known.

Correct me if i'm wrong but that document only references injected alpha.

There is a lot out there to suggest interferon will be a useful drug for covid 19.

Until we have trial results there will be nothing that proves the effectiveness of inhaled interferon-beta so all this chat of injected or inhaled alpha although promising for here is a bit of a waste of time in my opinion.

Nice to see a rise here today hopefully it holds but don't be surprised if it drifts back.

I think most people do get it, but there is only so many times you can post the same articles.

Everyone is hoping for a successful trial so that this drug can start saying lives on the front line.

Easter close will be a blessing so that people don't loose patience and dip out searching for gains elsewhere.

Inflate price, forward sell placing shares. Share pulls back profit re-invested at the lower price. Everyone loves a good conspiracy theory.

Here's to hoping its a leak instead.
