On behalf of some friends loosely related to the clinical trials ongoing, can investors please stop contacting blindly Staff on twitter and social media trying to extract nuggets of information on the trials be patient.

This is causing them unnecessary stress in a time when they all have much better things to focus on.

Unfortunate set of events that is unfolding globally but what a blessing in disguise for SNG001.

So much momentum to push this through trials and if it does show promise this will get used globally on such a scale.

Potential triple threat Cov-19, COPD and Asthma

The last 5 years I've been lucky enough to witness first hand the floatation of the company I work for. Our share price went up 30x over this period.

It's fascinating being on the inside watching rational and irrational share price movements in relation to news etc.

Having spoken to a lot of ii's and serious Pi's at investor days the one thing that is apparent is the strict rules which they abide by with their investments.

An institutional investor is bound by the rules of the fund they are managing and automatically reduce their holdings regardless of the future potential of the company. We had one of our funds dump 2% of their holding days before we released news that doubled our share price. They where aware this news was coming but rules are rules.

This discipline ensures they lock in profit, minimise losses and ensure liquidity for the next opportunity that comes along.

That same fund months later bought a further 5% stake at a much higher price based on the RNS's we had released.

What I draw from this experience is that I would be shocked if the placing shares are not sold at 100% profit and i'm sure many got forward sold.

This does not cast doubt on where the share price is going simply they would be foolish not to de-risk and and in some cases probably have rules that dictate how they trade.

I agree Value, although without those figure this share will still move on a the right revenue figures from speculation alone lots of inexperienced PI's will get trapped on the final spike which is sad really.

Same as the AIM oil rush many years ago.

I think the problem is how do you value a share like NCYT.

The next sales RNS will really help quantify how much of the potential they are converting to orders, if they can continue to ramp up the manufacturing that will be excellent.

Then the question is what is an appropriate market cap personally I think this is <1bn so I still see 100's% upside here but no longer 1000's%

I'll happily eat humble pie if the share price exceeds £13 but I don't see that somehow.

What is unclear is how many of those institutions will have forward sold their holding, will be interesting to see the effect on the share price tomorrow.

I've spotted a mistake in my last post tomorrow the remaining 29,056,705 will list after being agreed today.

There are no shares after that the initial firm placing of 10,943,295 share occurred on the 30/03 which makes up the 40,000,000 or £14mil.

I'm thinking based on the numbers above that by now we must be close to the 100 but probably looking at first reports of data next week.

Expect any statements to be precisely worded.

Would any positive spin on statements effect the trial assuming the dosing is not yet complete?

I'm hoping for an update on number of patients dosed to give an indication of expected end date of trial, unlikely to hear anything regarding effectiveness of treatment.

Everyone likes to play it differently, I like many have learnt the hard way being out of a stock that flies as I was trying to average down.

I now invest in tranches and keep some liquidity back to average down rather than sell out to average down at a later date.

I always run with two pots of money on a share (not huge sums) one is my hold until i'm ready to exit I usually drip into this as required to lower my average.

The other is my trading pot which I use to ride the waves, what I've found over the years is that I rarely make more money trading the waves than if I just got in and held.

However I will always have the trading pot since it occupies my time and stops me selling out early my main pot.

SNG are doing everything above board a double blind placebo trial is the gold standard.

14days is the dosing period but may be quicker depending on patients condition.

First patient was dosed in Southampton on 18th I believe.

So far we have evidence that 4 patients at Southampton and 1 patient from Birmingham have been dosed. I’m sure there are many more but we don’t have proof of that.

I know some people in the pharmacy dept at Southampton. They implied that Southampton will pick up the slack from sites that fall behind on numbers. They where under the impression it was 10 sites 100patients. However from the trial documents it looks like it’s 20sites 200 patients in the U.K. and a further 200 in the EU.

It will take several weeks to analyse the data I think the ceo mentioned 6weeks.

The official line is 8 weeks from trial starting to results, I’m hoping for 4-6weeks

Now we have the big boys behind us AZN and GSK I’m really interested to keep an eye on any manufacturing updates.

So many potential sales for the taking manufacturing will be the bottle neck wonderful problem to have.
