Still not in the top five using the three lines in the top right of this page. Itâs not a big deal, was just curious. All PR helps though đ
Bottle asked about key dates and catalysts which kind of included the FS but Shaun just rolled them all into one answer without specific dates for anything really.
My biggest take from part 2 was the mention of âhauling ore for decadesâ - with free cash flow and profit coming in, I could easily see a small purpose built mine maybe being created at Havieron on top of using Telfer for certain stuff. He sounded very excited about it all.
Anyone know why weâre not on the share risers link? That would help as wellâŚ
great rns with finally some good wording being used, although a bit heavy on the technical jargon. wonât attract the layman investor with those.
letâs hope we hold the rose today with plenty of news still to come.
the markets are still all about macro, macro, macroâŚwhen the tides start to turn for the better this should start to jump fast like many others. letâs hope thatâs sooner rather than later. we just need to wait out the **** times. itâs actually a bit of good fortune cobra is on main market at the minute and not aim. upwards and onwards snakesâŚ
Quality posting as usual Ponie and congrats on finally using paragraphs. Makes your posts so much easier to read đđ
And 60% of restaurants fail in the first year with 80% failing within 5 yearsâŚđđ¤ˇââď¸
Would be very hard I think for us to buy out Antipa. Both Newcrest and IGO own 10% of the shares on issue. They wouldnât let it go cheaply. They have a much better spread of share ownership than GGP.
You might be disappointed Tigg. Results and activities doesnât necessarily mean MRE or resource upgrade. We get more than a quarterly update usually anyway.
Antipa still feels like a sleeping giant to me. So much ground in the Paterson!! Theyâve also had a massive drop of way over 50% in the last couple of yearsâŚmacro, macro, macroâŚ
What happened to all the Alamos posts and new learnings we were supposed to learn? Itâs all disappearedâŚ
Hey Barna, yeahâŚI have quite a few with my II Isa.
I donât understand the worry people have about delisting in the UK (if it ever comes to that) - the ASX is easily invested in through most providers in the UK. Itâs not as as if we need to stay in UK to increase company value.
Rio, Newcrest, Newmont, Fortesque, Northern Star. None of these are UK listed.
What a load of tosh Mapp. Why donât people ever complain about the pumping when we were less than a penny? GGP has been pumped every year regardless of share price, due to the fundamentals and believing in them.
In 2020 covid meant people were stuck at home twiddling their thumbs with free money in the bank from the government. The amount of new âtrading accountsâ opened was unseen before. Nearly EVERY share worldwide, including AIM and the rest of the exchanges became overvalued.
Idle hands and all thatâŚ
Northern Star Resources enter the Top 40 companies in 35th placeâŚletâs hope thatâs GGP in 2-5-10 years đ¤đ
Haha no MH. Bamps and others have predicted profit figures for Havieron over the next few years. My point is total net profit at Evolution is A$320 which is around ÂŁ150m give or take. I think GGP are currently looking at around ÂŁ80-90m per year for our 30% of Hav. Not that much of a stretch to get to ÂŁ150m from there. The 100% or 30% is again irrelevant. Itâs just purely on numbers given in Evolution accounts. They have multiple assets and multiple production avenues.
Think youâre missing the point Bamps. Has nothing to do with the assets. Evolution for starters have a few producing mines. My point was just their fiscal numbers for 2022 equate to their current mcap. Considering our profit from the first couple of years of Havieron mining, itâs not that far of a reach to get to circa A$300m profit a year. And we know SD wants to expand our asset base. Havieron alone could eventually give us their mineral resources and ore reserves when fan drilling gets going eventually and block mining comes into it. This along with whatever other assets SD gets his hands on as we go from defence to offence.
Wasnât comparing operations or assets. Just the numbers Bamps. X amount of revenue with X amount of profit and X minerals etcâŚequals X mcap.
And another interesting thing about Evolution Mining is that late 2020 they were over A$6 a shareâŚwith an mcap north of A$10bnâŚthatâs a pretty dramatic drop tooâŚhmmmâŚmacro macro macroâŚ
Way too many factors in play to put a value on GGP in the futureâŚSD has said he wants a multi-asset, multi-billion company đ¤ˇââď¸ Letâs hope heâs a capable man of his wordâŚbut Iâll just throw this out there in terms of valuing a companyâŚ
Evolution Mining
2022 Production - 640koz produced
2022 AISC - A$1,259
2022 Net profit - A$323m
2022 Ore Reserves - 9.9moz
2022 Mineral Resources - 26.4m
MCAP?!?!? - A$6.3bn
Havieron AISC is less than half Evolutions. So in theory weâd need to produce around half of their ounces to equal their profitâŚso much potential hereâŚall we can do is hope SD is good at his jobâŚđđđ
Iâm sure Shaun mentioned the shares in issue in a recent interview. He spoke about how many were in issue when he started. The difference wasnât much. We deffo got over ÂŁ1.3bn MCAP way back when. How much over, I canât remember.
