Northern Star just spent A$5bn buying De Grey for the Hemi deposit. There is no way they are going to try and buy GGP right now. They have enough on their plate and it would also cost them double that De Grey deal at least.

Jesus, it’s like this brokerage firm is following me about. First came across them years ago with GGP. They were one of the first brokers for them too and our first taste of ‘broker notes’ way back when.

They’ve also recently been appointed by Cobra Resources (another of my long long term holds) and today they arrive at Arkle. At this rate, they’ll be covering my whole portfolio soon 😂

I see this as nothing but good news, brokers are just another stepping stone to a bigger, more professional company 💪

Still growing the whole project from the Ballywire side…Stonepark results still to come. I do feel end game is someone buys G11 out and we get paid for our Stonepark percentage. The bigger G11 make it, the bigger our cut.

Nice to see this little gem of a company finally start doing some work…new hires hitting the ground running.

Stonepark is our safety net. It underpins the SP due to it already being a viable ore source. I don’t think drill results from it will move the SP though, we already know it’s a beast, pathway to monetisation is what is needed there. (Sale or eventual production)

All the other locations are just cherries on top of that and Arkle is now one of only a handful or Uranium companies on AIM 😎

Interactive Investors is a broker for retail. That will be all of us basically. I’m actually surprised it’s only them, Hargreaves Lansdown and a couple of others are usually there too. Like Barclays, IG Markets etc.

Another savvy trick used, is if an institution/HNW individual plans to keep building their stake - they don’t need to declare it “yet”.

Even if they’re buying small extra amounts each month, they can postpone the declaration because in theory “they are still building their stake”.

Raising money at 30p when the share price is barely above that is a massive show of confidence and faith!!

EEE will not close its London Listing. As companies get bigger, they go on more exchanges, not less. BHP has not delisted from the UK, it’s merely made the ASX its primary listing.

The ASX has a lot of requirements for listing, I think GGP took AT LEAST a year from start to finish of process. Liquidity is also one. Not sure what the threshold is, but would be good if EEE could get that up before the ASX.

If and when we become a regular dividend payer, the money comes from whatever ‘free a spare cash’ GGP want to us and share. But I would just base it on the general average. 2-4% is usually the norm, 5-7% is usually seen as exceptional, anything over 7% is just crazy Nirvana. Just calculate the percentages out of your total holdings value now and it should be pretty spot on. I’d use the 2-4% for regular dividends. Special dividends could be anything 🤷‍♂️

Yeah. I feel we’ll need the Aussies to properly break £8 for us. That old 40p will be big for some people.

That’s because they’re easier, quicker, cheaper and in stickier hands (usually).

If other ASX listings are to go by, there will be an ASX raise upon listing to accommodate for the Aussie institutions and investors. It might even be a pre-requisite.

Guys, we are a producer now. Exploration holes are not really gonna move our dial much anymore. Telfer has had a bunch already and even though it’s another beauty, with everything else we have, this drill/ore won't see the light of day for like 5-10 years.

It’s our ore reserves and production totals that dictate our price now, plus any other major milestones or acquisition activities. Telfer and Havieron already has ore for 30+ years.

At this point we might as well join forces with a couple of others and build another two strategically placed processing plants in the Paterson!!

That way then, maybe, the three plants together can “just about” handle everything Elephant country has to offer. 😂

They’re not actually a bad name to have linked to EEE. Means the big boys are involved and keeping tabs on Empire. That’s always a good sign.

Out of curiosity, for those that been here a while, have Empire ever had a consolidation? 700+m shares seems pretty low for this stage of the journey.

ah, the “evergreen”, “always used” so called free ride. what a crock of ****e! it doesn’t make sense. money won is “your” money now, so taking extra risks just coz it’s a “free ride” is just ridiculous.

it’s like saying if you won £1m on the lottery from your £2 then again it’s a “free ride”! so, do we just spunk it away again and take bigger risks coz it’s a so called “free ride”?!? i don’t think so. same applies from any “bet” whether at bookies or casino or wherever. it’s never a free ride. it’s still your bloody money right now in time!!
