Paris closed at 246 so we basically closed around same price as yesterday 217. Good day with strong resistance, board here so much better without all the ramperthons and trolls even the usual suspects on twitter are quiet, no doubt that will change tomorrow as positions are looked to be took for Thursday and into Thursday. Probably be better to get an update on Tuesday next week when the market re opens with massive sales figures, as with momentum building up over next two days we could well be pushing over 2.30/40 and then onto 3 next week.

Indeed that is the normal pattern however with no sales update this week or last Friday it slightly changes things as it could come anytime. We have had quite a few intraday rns. But of course expect Thursday to be blue as you would be locked out until Tuesday next week.

Intraday rns would be nice but quite simply don’t want to be out. As pointed out with PHE (nhs) and India approval rns we got orders couple of days later. So literally waiting for the french order now as it makes sense along with US update and 3rd manufacturing agreement as per previous sales rns update.

The rate the sales are going the company could end up in a position to keep/payback/increase loyal shareholders by paying a special dividend. This got me to start thinking what the longer term strategy is for novacyt as a group and Primerdesign as an entity with all this. With just the current covid 19 strategy novacyt is going to end up sitting on a pile of cash as you can see the need for testing to continue throughout the year and stockpiling by governments for next winter (notice the question earlier about shelf life and someone said at least 6 months) so it begs the question what do they do with all of it? They are going to quite easily pay off any outstanding debts and got the 6m in warrants previously. Look to acquire more businesses? Sell off Primerdesign to the highest bidder? Be interesting the coming months. What Primerdesign have with regards to their IP in the assay is that it has proven on what is something like every couple of years to be at the forefront as the leading test globally you’d have to say. So options longer term you would concede would be sell off to highest bidder, special dividend or further acquisition. Thoughts?

Rarely correct spurs. Depending on the current spread and which side of the mid price they fall depends how they get reported. Hence why the mms always play with ask and bid and delay large trades.

Looked at last Monday movement, played out well. No way am I getting rid of any shares now. I have my two pots trading and "mid term"

France testing has been very limited, they have been using a little of us a little of bio and their own test, from articles I found. Basically a similar approach to what PHE was taking a week or so back. Today we are the first approved test, they have been rolling out a plan for testing across the nation and we will be part of this, love the fact we haven't had sales figures yet and it is a short week, this is the perfect storm for the rise

Remember with phe approval we got an order of them and rns a couple of days later. With India approval we got order couple of days later. With a short trading week and then no market open until 14th April this works out great for steady progress of the share price this week with imo fewer dips because of fomo

Leaves the door open for further rns later doesn’t it and large french order. They probably want to add that into the next rns. I’d expect further rns later today or tomorrow morning now with the numbers.
