That is nice, Novacyt with GSK is planning on doing 30,000 a day at just one lab. Novacyt is providing to over 21 NHS Hospitals (actually more as not all hospitals have test labs) and most private clinics NHS are using. So think with primerdesign being the backed PCR test by the UK and endorsed as only one of two by the WHO that novacyt have a nice part of the pie.

Yep of course fella, but you can quite easily see multiple £100m of sales. These outbreaks keep happening and the government could well be testing for many months now and then stock piling for winter again. We know from prior year financial results our operating margins are very very good, got £6m in bank, have other revenue streams already that will no doubt have increased and increase due to the worldwide publicity and pharmas work on around 10 PE so when you consider our current mcap you can see why this has a lot of legs for a while. Just my views anyway.

If you went conservatively on the fact we are probably going to end up providing around 50,000 tests a day to nhs ( I think this maybe higher as PHE, NHS and government have now completely backed novacyt as the number one test). That is 1.5m tests a month and at £8.70 a test that is just over £13m alone from nhs a month and you could see this over many months. We are selling to over 80 countries. Already have £18m worth of sales as of 27th March (11 days ago now). You can see the potential sales figures are quite staggering. We also have as of 27th March 18m raw materials - could be even higher now on next sales update which is due (I found sales links where the price of tests was a lot higher than 8.70 that nhs paid and actually nearly £14 and with weak pound helping exchange rate taking 18m x 10 is £180) This is why I am happy to back this and hold and ignore jay tomorrow “maybe” “hope” to have test companies who haven’t even got a test, approval, manufacturing capability etc.

Tom the 30,000 tests is just for that one site in Cambridge. We are providing at least 21 nhs hospitals directly, this was in rns couple weeks back and (some hospitals don’t have labs so they back off to some of these other hospitals). Also from notes I provided over weekend we are also providing the tests to most private labs and clinics - again which the nhs and PHE are using to. So I think we are covering a huge number of the tests really.

Great day, share price building and looking strong, normal pull backs bought up, France closed near days high of 299 (jumping after hours) which is 264.5 our price. Will be time to say "I wouldn't want to be out of this over the long weekend" tomorrow. Very happy with today movement and tomorrow is our Friday here. Much nicer that the board here is quiet and all the traders seem to have left....for now...they will be bumping price up again soon. Premiums of today price paid tomorrow no doubt as people again wont want to be out for the long weekend, news briefings tonight and sales updates to come.

There could be a really possibility that tonight in the briefing by Raab a mention that the partnership with astra and GSK is doing "x" and producing "x" so much more news to come in the coming days its amazing.

Could land anytime, I think it maybe tomorrow as French order is still being waited on and with this being a English/French company and all this being plastered over the English press, the French government wont want to take any more stick with death toll rising fast so they will place a big order no doubt. I would much prefer Tuesday as the sales would be even bigger, potential WHO/United Nations order and keeps momentum building

This is potentially BIG news on mass testing. AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline working with Cambridge University on mass testing #covid19 facility using Novacyt technology. Novacyt is Anglo French biz whose test just got WHO authorisation. For some weeks...
