The NAV figure includes the $10m.
The company announcement is not giving the actual IPO date though and is simply saying in the event of it not occurring before December 2017 then interest can be charged. Electric Jukebox's own press release confirms the potential flotation date of next year which is what the articles are based upon.
Seeing as my attempts to engage either of you in actual discussion have failed it made sense to stop taking you seriously pe6169/Sopbel. Any reasoned-minded, intelligent individual should be able to ascertain the relative validity of my and your posts. Hopefully there are still some of those people left on here.
Quality not quantity is what I'm all about babygirl xx
Correct re being condescending. But if the cap fits. Ok sweetcheeks? :)
Not exactly spending my whole day here am I darling. If it makes you feel better about yourself by calling me a saddo and to get a life then that's totally up to you. One could easily wonder as to the irony of an individual calling someone a saddo on a bulletin board simply because they disagree with them but it truly does take all sorts, as you're continuing to prove.
No need to call me an ass. Lolz. Not sure there should be any correlation between the volume of my posts and my experience etc.. Odd point you're trying to make either way. As I said before, it's up to me how/where/what I post. And that includes when. Sometimes these boards get a little boring with the same old chat and half-truths; sometimes I can be bothered correcting someone and/or seeking clarification and others I just ignore it. Read what you wish into what I say; I imagine it will only serve your own implicit confirmation biases either way.
Just read some of your recent posts Sopbel. Found this absolute gem: "And the 1 code today confirmed it. I'm a firm believer of MM Codes it's not possible for a PI to purchase 1 share." I literally can't stop laughing. At you.
Not quite - IPO "slated for the first half of 2018" as per Rob Lewis TiM article. If there are delays at least YOLO would/should receive the 10% accrued interest on the £500k of CLNs from 1 December 2017.
Ha - leave it Crofty299. Pointless getting bothered by these folk. Used to "annoy" me but find it more amusing these days. There's nowt so queer as folk.
Pe6169 - hardly spending so much energy. Takes a couple of mins to write a post and some of us can multi-task; I spend all day trading from 7am and sometimes up to 11pm and am always on the lookout for momentum type plays. Brass tacks is that these boards are for discussion and contribution from all perspectives rather than your binary perception of motivations. I've not said anything to "bash" this particular share; more certain folks' understanding or lack thereof in terms of market mechanics. No particular idea whether Juridica is a sound investment case in the short term; as the company itself states it is "running off" and potential end date of this is 31/12/2017 so not really one for me to take much time actually analysing. So yeah, it's completely up to me as to where I post, how I post and what I post. My/your/our history is there for all to see and make their own judgement. I am certain I have less dubious motivations than 99% of folk on here but if you don't want to hear it then you're welcome to filter away honey.
I CBA looking into the full price history but, using Google's price chart, the sp was 110p in December 2007 and was 10p yesterday. Now 16p but the fall largely correlates with the dividend payments made/ex dates etc. It's really that simple and if you don't get it by now it's pointless and somewhat Sisyphean in me trying to help educate you; I'll leave that to the machinations of the market. Best of all the luck you deserve.
For the avoidance of doubt, I did not invent the ex-dividend concept Sopbel. But yes, it's clearly me that's brainless here. Fo sho.
Bobslob - look at the share price action in September 2016. Compare it to the dividend paid. Add 1 and 1 together. You can do it despite having the aforementioned faeces where thine grey matter should be. Good luck. Seems you'll need it.
Ah yes, you can't actually defend or support your wildly inaccurate and somewhat worrying statements so let's have a dig at the person asking you for clarification and try the age-old insinuation of wanting a lower entry price. Yaaaaaaawn. Suggest you look up Ex-Dividend on Investopedia. Or there are a number of Investing for Dummies books available but you may need to start off somewhere a bit less challenging. All the best.
More than enough to pay the dividend without effect to the shareprice? I am now confused as to whether you're being wilfully mendacious or actually believe what you just wrote. Either way, it ain't good.
50p+ target based on what FourPrinces? Care to share your reasoned analysis and calculations? Or did you, as usual, just make a round number up to get folk on here salivating? Does anyone even bother doing actual research any more? Nothing wrong with a momentum play but I'd suggest folk read further into the corporate run-off strategy the company has adopted and likely future outlook as well as the "typical binary characteristics of a legal case". Actually, that sounds like effort so don't bother and just buy a few grand's worth and keep your fingers crossed.
Errr - you do realise that share prices in companies usually fall at least by the dividend amount when a stock goes ex-div Sopbel? Keep ramping your position though :/
See Companies House beta - think they're "just" shareholders and provided start-up capital. Who knows, this may be included in Worthington Group's $2bn net assets...
Amusing to see a couple of familiar names on MMW's confirmation statement as at 23/05/17 - Messrs Allan Biggar and Aidan Earley for anyone familiar with the Worthington saga... Curiouser and curiouser.
