So data, data, data. That’s ready. Next a deal!
Looking forward to next few weeks.
I suspect we are not ever seeing 3p again. Question is how big a deal? Everything seems in place now science, people, data, presentations etc.
it’s been a long road for many. But it’s going to be worth it. Or maybe I should have brought some logs?

Ruck. I’m afraid there’s more to my life than just the winter logs. Unlike others I could mention. I’m picking up my new car tomorrow for example. But then again I’ve also got more balance here than some. You can’t say your balanced and not be Ruck. Look getting further away from crackins deramp of 3p. Anyway I’m looking forward to news. It’s coming. Question is. How encouraging is it? Let’s see. ATB.
Ruck. For balance if you think it’s ok to deramp seems fair to ramp when we are close to 20% up so far this morning. What’s good for the goose etc? Or would you prefer to discuss the state of Lozans logs for the winter? ATB
WTP. “Ruck the ensuing soothsayer”.
Yet unfortunately I fear I may have heard it all before!
Maybe Ivy could write the fictional prologue?
And dedicate it to the mad old bitter Englishman that spends his time mowing the lawn, taking in his winter logs and sitting on the south terrace with temperatures blistering at 40o C or above. Whilst of course suggesting SLCP is all a scam by us poor people who live in sarf London flats in poverty.
Because remember, no one knows anything more than loz. Especially Lindy. He is someone that all should bow down and admire. Even Gaz/Ruck.
Roll on news! That’s more interesting…….

No nothing to see on Mcmillan forums!!! Hmmm. Joking aside I’ve read the update from said patient on McMillan forum. It isn’t difficult to find!
Isn’t it just a case of she couldn’t qualify for cohort 4 and as such unfortunately needs another solution longer term? Not good news for the patient, and that’s the sad part of volunteering for a trial and why we all hope modi can help many, but I suspect there is a logical reason why this is the case for this lady.
I think it’s been said already today but Sclp need to be doing the regular updates. Not letting share holders rely elsewhere on relatively uninformed or, at best, patient’s attempted interpretation of the actual position. 1 persons good or bad news is obviously out of context of the current trail progression.
I do think, and I suspect I’m not alone, that Sclp do tend to say one thing loud and clear but unfortunately let themselves down at critical times. I.e why say you will provide regular updates and then don’t?
Anyway, who knows we may get some actual Sclp update sooner or later and we may see the SP reflected more positively in the event that the update is, of course, positive.

Busy day for me just catching up.
I agree they won’t be worried. The mcap is woeful and clearly MMs are having a number of field days. They have probably been mopping up shares from PIs for a few days.
Lots more news can come anytime. So let’s have a nice, albeit wet, relaxing weekend.
BTW part of my post this morning got cut off. But I still think we need to look at what the company has said. He pretty good.

Hi crumbs.
I’ve got a busy day but have read your late night posts.
First take a big breath. You have been here a long time and need to relax again.
Do me a favour. Read the RNS again carefully not the speculation on bbs.
I’m not sure I agree with you in relation to modi. We are dealing with late stage very poorly patients in multiple indications. Remember the difference in timescales between human reactions and mouse models. And of course the fact human reactions are likely never the same as initial mouse model results.
Scancell have now chosen to concentrate on those cancer indications that are most immunogenic and where CIs can already be used. Greatest chance for Modi to prove itself and of course at the same time extend cash runaway. This should be good for the market.
I suggest RNA vaccines (albeit massively more expensive) will also work better in conjunction with CPI rather than as a monotherapy. So that’s a good decision! It gives us the data we need and takes a bit of pressure off cash timescales.
In other words I suspect Cossery is driving strategy. He is a very experienced Pharma exec. He knows what data needs to be provided to show modi is doing enough to prove itself.
Also I said the other day the rns mentioned SCIB1 for a regulatory pathway and why would that be if the initial combo data wasn’t already good? In short they wouldn’t. They know already how good initial data is.
It also talks about suitors. We don’t exactly know who (although obviously some new ones) and we certainly don’t know what they need in data terms to do a ‘deal’ with us.
I’d also point out our market cap is less than 20% of a ‘deal’ we have already signed. Lindy also said this is also looking very promising although SCLP have no control over timescales. Personally I would be saying more about how this is going and give timescales of payments.
Now let’s talk frankly about LD. She is a brilliant scientist. But she never looks comfortable presenting generically about the company than she does about science. I can appreciate that! She, in management speak, is what I’d call a specialist and not necessarily a born leader. It wasn’t her best performance on screen this week but lets focus on what she is saying. Not on how she presents.
In other words. Modi is working just fine. Let’s focus on where we get good results that we can present to suitors to ‘deal’. SCIB1 is doing fine let’s focus on where we get good results that we can present to suitors to ‘deal’.
Let’s get another antibody deal done.
Crumbs you invested in a baby bio. Let them do what they need to do. It takes time!
Some here are impatient. Let them be and let them sell up. It doesn’t change the fundamentals here.
The partners are already there. You’re been told that. They just need a bit more.
And when we have the right data 10p will sound what it is. Ridiculous for the IP Sclp has
Well that was a mad day. Been many years since we lost 20% (normally a funding round).
Whatever this was all about (options etc) we will find out shortly via RNS.
I maintain nothing has really changed from yesterday’s detailed RNS. I’ve been told it was always expected that modi would be a combination therapy and as such clearly CPI combi modi data is awaited for with interested.
And also why would Lindy talk about a regulatory pathway for SCIB1 if the combi CPI data was not very positive indeed.
The clues were all there yesterday if you knew where to look.
As I said this morning if people think RNA vaccines will be any different they don’t understand the science. (Before anyone asks nor do I understand it). They too are likely to need to be given in combination with CPI’s.
I’ve read the fun and games here and on other boards and it’s clear some think modi isn’t doing what was hoped. I’m afraid that early results suggest otherwise. As someone pointed out it’s a late stage trial. Mouse models apparently are rarely replicated exactly in humans. See yesterday RNS.
Looks like some PIs got mugged today. IMO But then again I’m a happy clapper. Or more acutely a long term investor that understand days like this happen and it’s part of the process. I’m not happy we are at 10p but we know this is AIM. The upside is clearly there.
Back to my day job. Because reading some of the rubbish over the last two days has been painful.
I might have another ‘wave’ myself. Or sit back and see what tomorrow brings. More news is certain with SCLP. However, it is presented. Good and annoying!
ATB
Indeed. Lots of false narratives being presented here and on the other bb. Reality is CPI and Sclp tech to produce killer T cells was always going to be a very good potential and likely treatment. For those that think costly RNA vaccines will be any different probably don’t understand. Let’s face only a few do and they don’t post on bbs. We do know Sclp have suitors. Now I wonder why that is with CPI patent cliffs looming. The RNS was complex and yet set out a clear plan. Fully funded for now. Give away your shares cheaply at your peril as more news is coming. The RNS was also clear on that. And traders know it! ATB.
AB I manage my own fund. Try buying millions of shares as an PI in Sclp. You can’t easily, especially buying and selling that many. Also I’ve moved over 45% of my portfolio into ISAs.
I’m afraid you can criticise all you like. I’m very comfortable with how this share is playing out for me. I also don’t need to hope on anything. I never invest anything I can’t afford.
Anyone else notice when I buy shares some people get really upset. Wonder why that is?
ATB.
AB.
And I did buy a pizza. So keep it up. Maybe you could post what crackin said to put context on that post. Or may be the drivel posted by Lozan?
TW would be proud of you!
Meanwhile LTHs wait. LD is busy with data, data, data. Maybe you can convince the weak to keep selling. Good luck with your efforts. It literally makes no difference to me.
Funny how your posts fail to recognise the abuse from the doomies.
Have fun.
