Yes I understood your reasons for reducing as you explained.
But I still dont agree with your last statement. As I’ve said.
Unlike you timelines don’t worry me too much. I’ve spent years filling my isa with Sclp shares. Very successfully. And had I sold out over time and significantly changed my holdings that wouldn’t have been so easy or indeed so profitable.
That’s why I find it so amusing that the so called ‘astute’ preach on how wonderful they are at buying and selling and that others have had the wrong strategy.
Whilst of course they still work for the same companies and clearly only invest small amounts.
I’ve following a buy and hold strategy here because I can afford to do that. I believe in what I invest in and if I lose it then it’s what I can afford.
And more importantly I’ve done my due diligence.
For example I wasn’t concerned about modi combo position. Because I understood, whilst it was hoped it would be good on its own, it was alway likely to be best in combination. Timelines also always change. You know that.
Sclp results are clearly good. And focus will be on that and not on sentiment to other companies vaccines per se IMO.
Sclp are in a very different position today and I firmly believe we are about to see Sclp play some of its aces very very soon.
Finally we are allowed to have different views (without one view being more superior) but I don’t think BN111 changes much for Sclp. I think Sclp results will speak for themselves when presented.
