AB. What fears? Yours, the market or any other party that chooses to chip in? I don’t see any fears with LD taking the lead. Did you read the RNS today? What isn’t there to like? In terms of why he left it is just as easy to say why not? What role does he have to play that LD or another can’t fulfill? Like I say I suspect a deal isn’t far away IMO so I see this RNS today as just a carefully managed process for the next chapter for Sclp. It’s just my opinion but I think it’s completely wrong to suggest it’s been handled badly or indeed to inject fear where clearly none exists. But then again we both know the games will go on. ATB.

I, on the other hand, suggest you are wrong and that it has not been handled badly and that there is in all likelihood to be a very good reason, which the money agrees, and that it’s unlikely to be a badly handled decision. Hence I felt it necessary to correct you. I appreciate your honesty and acceptance that you were incorrect to state what you stated. Personally the one thing that concerns me is that Lindy is part time. As I said earlier we don’t know why this ‘joint’ BOD decision has been made. You have presumed it’s a ‘least disruptive’ reason. It could be personal, conditional on a deal, major shareholder intervention, a failed deal that has ousted him quickly so in short any number of reasons. But handled badly? I suggest you are clearly giving just an option for which there are many more likely scenarios. Maybe you should have stated ‘IMO’ much like you have advised others even today? ATB

The board have chosen collectively to replace CH with immediate effect. And they posted an rns at 5pm. What part of that has not been handled well? I’ve seen you pick people up for what they state often so please take the time to explain to me why you have spouted such rubbish. Clearly there is a reason for this decision. No. But then again I’m not demanding to know immediately and then announcing on a bb that I’m selling all my holding because of some claimed moral outrage. Therefore, despite your reminder of DEs previous acceptance that Sclp would need to separate out some tech, as any suitors would be unlikely to want it all in one go, it is blatantly obvious that we are watching a plan play out.

As such I’m really not sure Sclp bods need to explain themselves to anyone, including DE, straightaway and why I am happy to wait for clarification. As intriguing as it is.

It just highlights the oddity of DE’s comments last week. And I agree that the new co is probably the vehicle / SPV that Sclp expect to expedite their COVID products.

I for one see this as a good strategy and one that justifies buying! Not selling with what appears to be no logical reason other than confirmation of his own personal fallout with existing bods members. But anyway each to their own.
