Yes, they have £150k outstanding, which they can convert at anytime, at an average price over 3 consecutive days, (with a 5% reduction on the average price) and they can notify the company at anytime within 15 working days of those 3 consecutive working days.

This will allow Atlas 15 working days in which to lodge their intention to convert their remaining £150k at 6.65p, so you can bet your bottom dollar that if we get any good news within the next 15 working days that pushes the SP up a bit, that they will convert.

For the Q3 production figures is :-

263.88 tons

Pretty close to my 265 tons ;-)

In August we were told that although the production figure was 68.1 tons, that they actually had a further 5 tons of tin that needed to be rerun and therefore missed inclusion in the months figures, so with those extra 5 tons July would have been 73.1 tons, a small ten percent increase from that gives 80 tons in August ( plus the 5 tons that had been held up) so that’s 68.1 + 5 plus 80 = circa 153 tons and if we get a straight 40% increase on Augusts 80 tons when we move to 7 day working that would give us 112 tons in September, making a total of 265 tons for the quarter - hence my guesstimate ;-)

I think that a few posts have been removed by admin, and that you know who may well have been suspended or better still, banned ;-)

I reckon we could get 265 tons in Q3 if we move to 7 days a week from 1st September, and if we do then we will be well on our way.

As for atlas they still have the ability to convert a further £150k and I am sure that they will do so soon, there’s nothing we can do about it, but in the long run it won’t matter too much.

I’m expecting Q3 combined production to be :-

July 68.1 tons
August (plus 20% of July’s figure) so circa 82 tons
September plus 40% of the August figure so circa 115 tons (presuming that we do move to 7 day operations from 1st September)

So a Q3 total combined production of approx 265 tons
