August revenue was circa $936,000, it’s not possible to calculate full year revenue as we don’t know what the full year production is nor do we know what the metal prices will be and equally it’s not possible to calculate profit or loss as we don’t have access to all and indeed any of the actual figures that would form each of the relevant parts of the equation.

In my opinion yes it’s perfectly realistic, the CEO has reiterated in today’s RNS that the 1000 ton annual target is still expected to be hit, and whilst he has previously been somewhat over optimistic, I believe that he is now firmly in the camp of being more realistic.

That said, none of us actually knows what will happen, I believe that moving to 24/7 will have increased our production by more than the expected 40%, because we no longer have to waste time shutting down and then restarting the entire operation each week which was not an insignificant process, so I believe that WRES will hit and possibly even exceed my 265 ton target for Q3.

Time will tell mate.

We have two off take agreements mate, one with an American company and one with a European company, both agreements provide for the sale of tungsten at 80% of the APT price, but, the two agreements are limited to 80% of our production, so, if we want to, and are able to, we can sell 20% of what we produce on the open market and thereby achieve a better price.

Obviously I don’t know if WRES have sold anything outside of the off take agreements, so I’ve presumed that all of our sales have been at the lower discounted off take rate.

Yes, but, we don’t receive $250 per mtu, by my reckoning if we have 65% purity and sell to our two take off agreement partners and if the price per mtu was $300 the 60 tons we shipped in August would have been $300 x 65% = $195 x 80% = $156 per mtu x 60 tons (60,000 mtu’s) = $9,360,000 income mate.

Exactly mate, Michael has reiterated that he expects us to hit the 1000 tons full year production target, and to do that there has to be ongoing increases in production over and above the expected 40% uplift generated by moving from 5 to 7 day working.

I believe Michael has learned that over promising and under delivering must be replaced by under promising and over delivering, so I fully expect us to achieve the 1000 tons this year and consequently expect that my guess of 265 tons for Q3 May be pretty close to the mark.

Production in:-

Q1 - 92.4 tons

Q2 - 130.2 tons

So far in two months of Q3 - 143.7 tons

And now we have moved to 7 day working ;-)

July’s and August’s total concentrate production was 143.7 tons.

If we only manage to average the same level of production in September then we will get 215.55 tons for Q3.

But

We moved to 7 day working on the 7th of September and that should increase production by 40% for the last 24 days of the quarter which would give production in August of circa 90 tons and which would give us 233.7 tons for Q3.

I believe that we will achieve more than 233.7 tons because I expect that there will be a further percentage increase over and above the 40% that we should achieve through moving to 7 day working, it did after all increase by 11% from July to August, and consequently I’m very happy with my 265 tons guess.

Our guesses currently range from 166.5 tons to 350 tons so 258.25 tons is the mid point of those guesses.

Onwards and upwards - at long long last ;-)

Production was as expected, utilisation steady at 91% which is great, but crucially, recovery was up to 65%, and we have as a expected moved to 7 day working.

We are on target and I’m very happy with my 265 ton guesstimate for Q3 ;-)

Onwards and upwards fellow investors, ignore those who post negative comments, the only thing that matters is that we increase our production to a high level and sell at a high enough price to start making profits going forward.

Safety is fine mate, his daughter is visiting from Spain so he’s busy, cooking dinner at the moment.

Above the last £88 million placing price, let’s of speculation that we may get news soon.

It’s not surprising that not much is happening, Q3 results aren’t due til mid October and whilst its not impossible it’s not likely that we will get an RNS before then, and certainly not for the gold which is on the burner behind the back burner ;-)

Don’t fret about the SP sitting at these low levels, providing that we get to nameplate production early next year and are seen to be heading strongly towards it in Q3 and Q4 everything will be fine.

We are another day closer to our 3rd quarter results and another day closer to full production, it’s lovely and sunny where I am and I’m off fishing for a couple of days, I may be a big chunk of cash down on my investment here, but I am not despondent WRES will come good and I expect to be back in profit within 6 months to a year ;-)

I agree £150k is not a massive amount in the scheme of things, particularly when you have already suffered the dilution that I and other long term holders have :-(

But, providing that we hit our production targets going forward the dilution will be forgiven and forgotten ;-)

Atlas are now able to convert their remaining £150k at 6.5075p.

Whilst news is not expected regarding production until mid October, If we were to get any good news within the next three weeks I would be amazed if it wasn’t followed by an RNS to say that Atlas were converting.

It’s going to happen at some point, so we may as well just accept it :-(
