And just for disclaimer purposes. I don't have any interest / rights in Medvivo. I've just used that as an example as to where I believe we should be, but aren't. Medvivo are not on the stock exchange either so I'm not trying to influence investors to purchase their stock. They seem to be a good measuring stick, but sadly, at present, they're miles ahead.

Is the above the reason why TLY have had a contract ended and a few under evaluation? Do patients need 'management?' or do they simply need assistance at home and out of their GP hours? I imagine most understand their ailment, they just need the telehealth and technical support so they don't feel isolated. We don't offer telehealth. We just offer a telephone conversation, and when a patient is distressed and they need reassurance that their heart / breathing rate isn't erratic, how do they measure that? It's simple. They can't without the equipment. That said; Medvivo seem to operate in Wiltshire, but their partner working with GP's is what I hoped TLY would begin with but I think we're going to distance ourselves even further.

If CCG's are looking at curtailing contracts with our 'bespoke' service, and all we've done at present is survey patients, then it seems we don't even have a route to market with our health coaching. Things may seem a lot worse than what the Bod are telling us.

Are as frequent as the Tooth Fairy here. It seems all this time, King75 was right about TLY and their slow start with their infrastructure into health coaching. And now our one trick COPD pony with CCG's is possibly being shelved. Where does that leave us now? I fail to see how investors will be piling in here at present.

That's the statement of the day. One has to wonder why anyone would think that.... Could it be the Bod have perpetually stated they remained 'confident' of contract procurements? Could it be the Bod stated that delays would be expedited as the year progressed? Could it be that they said they had (the word 'had' is clearly the appropriate word) a 50+ order pipeline? Could it be that the Bod suggested an Sp of 1.5-pence but chose not to invest themselves? I'm pleased that little teaser didn't falsely entice new investors. Could it be that the bod was exploring 'acquisitions and mergers?' And one has to consider how the Bod applied their 1.5-pence rationale. Was it based on the 'remaining confident' or '50+' contract revelation? whereas now it seems CCG's aren't renewing and TLY need to cast a new line out with a whole new bait. I'm just sorry I, and almost everyone invested here, took the bait and are now sitting on hefty losses. Actually, I think a lot of us are more sorry the Bod didn't sell this company when it had the chance a couple of years ago.

the Sp has always retraced. If folk don't wish to take my word for it then look back at the charts, and timings of their respective contract 'wins'. Even when certain posters on this board regurgitated on about the success of contract wins, the proof was in the Sp sliding pudding. And even now, after a few cash positive months, the Sp has stayed flat. And (IMO) it's likely to do so as the Bod have taken their own action in their hands with attempting to retain patients / clients because CCG's appear to be not renewing. Patients have been removed from the programme (not by themselves, but most likely by the CCG) due to either a lack of numbers, or the CCG has not renewed their contract with TLY. That is a harrowing concern. And it does seem as though the Bod are anticipating more CCG withdrawals. If TLY offer this wonderful, financial saving, then why would CCG's withdraw or either need to 'evaluate' about this revolutionary saving? The road ahead has never appeared so rocky.

Is that what's in front of us? I fear the only news that could be released (but the Bod won't) and that's the 'evaluating' CCG's not committing to contract renewals. If the Bod are looking at trying to provide Health Coaching via a different format, other than through a CCG, then that is likely to take an incredibly long time to implement, which means this Sp is going to stagnate. I fail to see any return on this share at all, if ever.

I only wish I had made a Freudian slip but sadly I have not. The Bod remarked on how 'saddened' patients were when removed from the programme, which is when the light bulb illuminated above Wendy's head, and they started their own survey with patients. Whether those patients are 'saddened' due to lack of numbers so the service couldn't be rolled out, or the CCG pulling the plug, it's irrelevant, the point is the service stopped. Considering CCG's haven't renewed, and there are some in an evaluating period, which I believe will soon be confirmed as non renewals, it seems as though TLY have had to develop a new strategy to offer their wonderful health coaching services. The Bod know why certain CCG's haven't renewed. They just won't dare to openly share that information. Cost? Performance? Relevance to that CCG? Who knows, but the Bod does know and I imagine they are anticipating more to follow so yes, Mega their hand has been forced. Good grief. It's comparable to painting with numbers...

Considering TLY have had their hand forced with conducting their own survey with working with patients directly, which one can only suggest they are fearful of renewals not coming about, I dont have much hope with renewals being procured as they were last year. And if they're not produced as much as last year (and the Sp still dropped) then TLY, and us poor investors, are in a lot of bother. You're right about one thing "so I see no reason why the Directors could not purchase". Yet sadly, we all know they won't. Good luck. And I sincerely mean it.

Now would be an opportune time for Wendy to spontaneously buy shares in the company she is the big cheese of. When / how Wendy has bought shares is a divided opinion here, but one thing we do know is; she hasn't bought shares at spontaneous times when there hasn't been a share capital reorganisation or (Bod incentive scheme). Thinking about that; I wonder if their suggestion of 1.5-pence has come even more so distant? I still maintain the 1.5-pence suggestion was just another dangling carrot. We can't even break into 0.5-pence, let alone 1-pence. And I imagine our current contracts that are under review will soon exit like the rest of them. And after every contract last year we fell back after a minimal rise May be if Wendy dipped her hand in her own pocket then that would show to everyone that she is confident in her new suggested strategy. Now that is hoping....

No, Knigelk I wasn't invested when the JN group were around, but we were talking about the TLY business model. Why do I have to spell absolutely every syllable out to you? It's tiring. And if you recall (what am I thinking. Of course you don't) I commented on the JN diversity change, and you and Cashking commented on my early posts about how I knew about the JN group. From that point on you thought I had some close connection with the management here, when all along that information was held within the secret location some people call, an 'Rns'..... If you don't like my posts, and you don't offer any adult debate to them, don't comment on them. It's as simple as that. Try and find the strength..

Knigelk, If you don't think the TLY business model has changed you're absolutely incredulous. TLY sold off their publishing business (JN) and then they wanted to focus on Digital Solutions with Clare at the helm. Then it was all about the SDM and the Comms developing new systems, and then we sold the Comms, which was profit making, and have now focussed our attention on Health Coaching. TLY mentioned contracts were slowed due to the transformation from PCT's into CCG's. And if they suggest the slowing down was sped up when it changed then whoop-dee-doo. And then we knew of 50+ health contracts in the pipeline, which became lodged in the pipe. NHS priorities (in my opinion, their 'priority' was making us redundant) and then last years trading update spoke of the Bod remaining confident of contracts being converted. Still no contracts, and now it seems the NHS isn't renewing our wonderful, cash saving service, so TLY are considering targeting patients directly. And we haven't changed......? There was also the joke of 'mergers and acquisitions'. The Bod have been quite transparent with current contract timelines, but less so regards the above carrots that they've dangled.

And another (belated) thought. There is the other upcoming company (MedVivo) who is partnering GP's and providing them with care / support / advice on their LTC. They have a good base and have grown in the couple of years that I found them. We haven't sourced / retained a single contract such as what they have acquired. Spike, It may be unfair to say the writing is on the wall but the Bod has been warning us all with contract delays / NHS priorities, and now contracts have not been renewed and we are left wondering why. The BLF may dig us out of this hole, which I fear may swallow us up over the next quarter if something isn't improved upon. I don't even believe we will see many new investors taking a punt here as there could already be one foot in the grave.
