I can't see tly on their programme so I guess we aren't. And, what do we have to showcase? A product that we haven't established a route to market without ccg support.

Now, if you look at Cashkings posting 'chart' he's been going on about 'cups and handles' for the last 12-18 months since this Sp cup-dived, I mean, nose-dived. Charts are great where there is support / resistance, but we have neither. We have a flailing Sp, which is down 9%. Just wait until another 100,000,000 shares flood the market.

Is the sweet talk of working with patients just another dangling carrot? We've been here before with talk of a healthy pipeline of contracts (50+). What happened to them? It seems the Bod haven't told us. And what about contracts being expedited? We've had excuses from PCT's switching to CCG's, to budget realignments to contract delays and then 'NHS priorities'. The Bod even tried to suggest that they will target a 1.5-pence average?! We can't even mange 0.5-pence. And now we've had a taster that patients are 'saddened' with their enrolment being pulled. It does seem as though the information that we receive may not be entirely truthful. How can our service be this revolutionary to patients and CCG's when a CCG needs to 'evaluate' for a period of time to mull over whether its financially / practically viable to renew? We don't seem to have a strategy with how we can even support patients directly without a CCG's assistance. We have tried applying our service to a private practice and that seems to have fallen at the first hurdle. When I'm down this much on this share you just relent and accept that this share has pulled the wool over my eyes. I wouldn't wish another investor to be in my situation.

Waltham, Rochdale and Kingston don't seem at a rush to continue with our service. Waltham and Rochdale ended in April with Kingston in May. 2 more come to an end at the end of this month. I doubt believe we will be notified if the respective CCG decides not to renew, and I suppose we will only find out if the Bod produce another chart with the status of their contracts. I wonder how we can promote our services internationally when domestically we don't have many CCG's queuing up for our services. What a fine mess you got us into Stanley (Wendy).

I'd suggest there will be a dilution in less than 12-18 months (as this option of raising 107m shares is between this AGM and the next). I believe CCG contracts are going to dry up, which is why the Bod will desperately need this money. Our mcap is around £1m, but if we add a further 107,000,000 shares this Sp is going to go below 0.1-pence. We really are in an appalling state at present.

If Cashking doesn't think taking our shares in issue (or at least having the option to) from 350m to adding a further 107,000,000 is nothing out of the ordinary, but I am sorry, he is saying that to save his own skin as he is massively down here. Increasing the shares (not counting warrant) by a third is a huge diluted leap. I fail to see new investors buying into this company now.

Cashking, you're right, its absolutely disgusting that we allow the Bod the option to grant over 100m shares between now and the next AGM. It seems the Bod want to dilute this company as much as they can between now and when they eventually wave that white flag. I think KNIGELK is right. We need to say no at the AGM.

KNIGELK has raised a valid point and he appears to be suggesting that we vote against the Bod at the AGM just as he did at the Co-op AGM. He is right, we should all go to the AGM and express how poorly we feel the Bod have updated shareholders and manged this company. I vote KNIGELK is a representative of us poor P.I's who have fallen foul to the Bod and their expectations of this company. I believe KNIGELK is the right man for the job to vent our frustrations at the AGM. All for one and one for all.

I think KNIGELK is absolutely spot on. His idea of voting against the Bod is precisely what we should do. They've over promised and massively under delivered.

No news. No interest. No Director buys. Still, we have the Bods monthly updates to look forward to...........

That is the only way this company can be described. I fail to see after all these years how the Bod has lived up to their self proclaimed expectations. It's always mañana with this conpany. The Bod are happy to dangle carrots in front of us in their desperation to keep some sort of interest alive. I think most of us have chased the Bods sweet jam talk and have fallen short (finances included). Of note: not that I'm suggesting we (well may be some of us) are donkeys.....

How can I be 'first' when someone at 09:40 sold? Anyway, if all the children have had enough silly talk today lets focus on this slumping Sp. I wonder when Wendy will update shareholders regards their international market? I imagine that news will be updated after - 50+ pipeline / mergers / expedited contracts, and even in the most recent Rns the Bod wrote, "The Directors are confident that current contracts will extend". I wonder if the Bod will notify us if the contracts under evaluation decide not to renew? I doubt it. Transparency has never been a common theme here.

Without a direct strategy of how we are going to coach patients directly I can see investors jumping this leaking ship.

Well, it seems the Rochdale contract ended mid April, and since then the Rochdale CCG has had a meeting in May (they're monthly for those that don't know) so I have no idea why our local hero thinks today's meeting will even have the health coaching contract on their agenda. Rochdale signed up for 50 patients over a 6-month period. I imagine this tester of a 6-month study will not be renewed, and blushing CCG board members will swiftly brush this topic under their carpet at today's meeting. That said; I hope they release their findings on how effective they have found TLY's services. I'd rather hear both sides of the health coaching coin first. Our Bod never seem to disclose the full results, and all we hear are how patients are 'saddened' and not whether the CCG thinks it was a useful programme or not. Although, we do know what ccgs think as some haven't renewed and more are being evaluated. Time, and the lack of contracts, will tell.

If the 4 contracts that are under review (and have been for a worrying amount of time) don't renew, then our batting average with winning / retaining contracts is less than 50%. And that doesn't include the couple of more contracts, which expire over the next 2-months. It seems the Bod have provided their subtle waning with regards to patients being withdrawn from their contracts (and make your own conclusions as to why) and it seems they're trying to implement something new. Look at the Sp. Look at what this company has led us to believe they can achieve. The fact remains. This company has performed poorly and delivered a declining Sp. No wonder Wendy isn't buying shares in her own company. Why would she want to risk losing her own money? I rue the day I bought in here.

And more worryingly, it's all well and good securing a contract but if we can't retain a high % of them, this clearly suggests something is going awry. Let's not forget Darely Dale. That came and went, and now we have more under evaluation, I believe the Bod are anticipating more CCG's to discontinue contracts with us. I think if those that are being evaluated don't renew, we're in some serious trouble. Of course certain unwise men might provide an ulterior reason as to why there is no renewal but, if you take the Bods word at face value with regards to how patient supportive / financially benefital this is, the proof is in the non renewal pudding. I question this companies future if we try to provide our service direct to patients and don't have the financial foundation of CCG's.

Please ask yourself, how much of all the Bods waffle have they ever actually achieved? Expedited contracts? No. Acquisitions and Mergers? No. Alleged 50+ pipeline of deals? No. 1.5-pence target met? No. And now, "in discussions with international health bodies". It seems we've turned 'international' now. Still, I suppose it makes sense considering there is the real possibility that CCG's are looking at curtailing their contracts with us. Of course, this is based on my opinion and the the fact that 1 contract has ended and 4 are under evaluation, and the Bod have conducted their own research into whether they can work directly with their patients. One could suggest that the CCG isn't supportive / recognising what we say we can do, or the patient / financial figures just don't justify the means. I wonder what our business model with bringing this to market will be next week.....? And more importantly, I wonder if I'll ever get my money back.

We have 4 contracts that are under 'evaluation'. 1 that ended in March. 2 from April, and 1from May. Surely those CCG's know by now whether they wish to continue with this amazing, financially beneficial service? Do they really not know and they're leading the Bod along or do the Bod know and they're stringing it out? Either way, it's not fair for all concerned. And, in a few weeks we have a couple of more CCG's that will come to an end too, so no doubt we will endure the same lengthy wait not knowning what's going on. It seems we've gone from translucency back to opaque. You gotta love it...

Seeing as 'another poster' is incapable of understanding TLY's recent Rns, the below caption should assist; "We have also been encouraged by the feedback directly from patients that have worked with our health coaches" Now, due to CCG's not continuing certain contracts with TLY, and I soon believe there will be more that discontinue too, it seems TLY have conducted their own analysis / research / survey with their patients (which is most likely how they learned that they are 'saddened') and that's what prompted them to liaise with the independent market research company. I do question certain peoples ability to actually research a company. It just infuriates me when they naively, and ignorantly, question another when it's blatant they don't know themselves.

Knigelk, you are a bit of a Drama...Person, aren't you? Please educate me as to what is wrong with my post. It seems you and Mega both criticise my posts but its you pair that don't thoroughly read reports correctly.
