MFL, I've feared this sinking below 0.1-pence for sometime, but I accept that would mainly occur through the assistance of a 0.1-pence dilution or a wealth of selling. The year end Rns speaks confidently of contract renewals but so far they're not filling anyone with confidence. I don't believe the AGM will bring confirmation of contract renewals. There will be the usual waffle though of 'confidence' and 'in discussion' regards contracts. The main thing on the Bods agenda (in my knee trembling opinion) will be money talk.

1 contract has ended (no suggestion of a renewal). 4 are under evaluation. 2 are unknown at this point in time. 5 are live (Guilford comes to an end at the end of July). 1 is awaiting confirmation. It seems the ratio of 'live' to those under review have shifted, and that ratio will widen when I imagine Guilford will end and also become an unknown.

I've just checked my email account and it seems all TLY replies have been going to straight into the filtered 'trash' section. I would change it but it does seem quite fitting at present. Let's face it. It was always very unlikely any news being spun before the AGM.

Clearly they're not expecting 'international' news or confirmation of 'acquisitions or mergers' at the AGM. May be that's why I haven't heard back from the Bod regards my question as to why Dr Laitner hasn't utilised his influence with his practice in St. Albans to support patients with LTC's. TLY need some good news or the Sp is going to sink below 0.1-pence.

Just so I'm not overly criticised for saying that TLY has constantly under delivered on its many vivid suggestions of what it can achieve, which it has, I thought it worth noting that TLY has done well by showing a slight profit during the first part of this year.

What positions are being taken? This is an incredibly apathetic share. HWLH, Kingston, Rochdale and Waltham are 'under evaluation', and now Bedford and Sutton have ended, so presumably they are in an evaluating period too? I firmly believe the Bod know that the vast majority of current, and expired, contracts are not going to renew, which is why they are looking at trying to get our business model to market without CCG's. We really are in a mess as we don't have a direct route to market. Money will soon become tight, and this will soon become a new cash cow. Still, let's not forget we are looking at moving our services 'internationally...........' Hilarious. And incredulous.

I have always been incredibly pro regards TLY entering into partnerships with GP's, and when Dr Laitner came on board I wondered, and hoped, that this door may be opened. It seems as though NHS doors may be closing now, and we can presume we have struggled for a while with conquering NHS / CCG's as the Bod have previously tried to recruit staff who could 'open doors' with the NHS. Now patients are being removed from their respective programmes, and now there are contracts under review, I believe a slight domino effect of more contracts not renewing are upon us. Let's face it. The Bod won't tell us poor shareholders why CCG's are really not renewing contracts with us, so we have to investigate the truth ourselves. And the Bod seem quite concerned about it as they've had to request a survey of patients to be completed as it seems they are trying to find a way with providing this service direct to patients. Why? I'd suggest that's obvious. The Bod recognise more CCG's may also withdraw from any contractual agreement with us. I can see this share sinking below 0.1-pence soon. We have no news, and as time goes by, there will be no renewals, which speaks volumes in my opinion. I've lost that much 'invested' here, what is left is worthless.

Reportedly our 'game changer' was when CCG's budgets would settle. And then it was contracts awaiting to be expedited. And then it was the tease of 50 orders in the pipeline. And then it was a report of 1.5-pence per share (that's the best one). And then it was talk of acquisitions and mergers. And now it's talk of working internationally and directly with patients (is that because CCG's don't wish to work with us). None of the above have ever come to fruition except, one uniting similarity between them all, which is; The Bod haven't delivered on any of their dangling carrots. So ask yourself, why will they deliver now?

May be its a good thing that there isn't a red dot. Knowing our luck any regulatory news would be confirmation that CCG's would be not be renewing. An email has been sent to the Bod asking why we don't use own Director, who is a GP, to consider implementing a GP / patient health coaching service at his practice to support those with LTC's, just like what MedVivo do. Still, I suppose that isn't a direct route to patients as its via the GP practice, which is NHS led. Oh well. Back to the drawing board, which will undoubtedly require a placing to facilitate the Bods brain storming idea meeting....

And what I find absolutely incredulous is; Dr Laitner is a GP (I thought he was a partner in the firm but I'm not definitely sure) then why hasn't he used his influence to suggest patients in his city / locality are supported with their LTC by Totally?! MedVivo have made quite a success with partnering with GP practices in Wiltshire. Why haven't we done the same? I imagine there is a very simple reason as to 'why'.

That said; even I am desperate for news tomorrow as I'm tired of these stale, lacklustre weeks becoming the norm. If by 7am the red dot isn't flashing, my Monday prediction was right. And I'll even be bold enough to say the same next Monday (another dull week beckons). Why did Wemdy stop those monthly updates for.....?

So, TLY want to roll out Health Coaching across the UK? We have struggled to do this for the last few years. We've ha constant excuses why contracts haven been procured, and dangling carrot-rumours of a strong contractual pipeline. I fail to see how patients will be in a financial position to pay for this service privately, as many people with LTC's are not in employment. I see Cashking is conjuring up his numbers, which he tried to propose on the magic 36 disease areas that we could work on, but haven't. The fact remains. CCG's appear to be cutting ties with us. Why? Our service does not appear to be meeting their requirements for themselves or the patients. This company has been slowly under performing for years, and now our route to coaching patients is potentially being severed, it seems we have a product but are unable to supply. BT seem to becoming a major player with supporting patients with LTC's at home. And I imagine Mr McShane has played an instrumental role between the NHS and BT working together.

The worrying fact remains with giants such as (you know who) increasing their footprint in the sector that we operate in is; they can provide health coaching to CCG's even cheaper than what we can offer. Now, clearly I cannot substantiate that but, one would presume so due to their size, infrastructure and services that they have to hand. No one has questioned that health coaching saves money. No one has questioned that TLY have saved NHS money. The question remains, why they aren't falling at our feet? And why some have dropped out and many are under review. I believe the whole truth is being withheld from us poor investors, and now we have made (IMO) a desperate attempt to navigate to patients around CCG contracts because we have / are becoming obsolete to CCG's or, they have found a better business to work with. I imagine most (but not all) can see this.

I think most of us could see these large competitors who were in the periphery of this sector, and now they are occupying more of our space We should be using these competitors as a bench mark. Sadly, if we do, we can see we are falling behind. Whilst patients are being dropped (for the want of a better word) from our programmes, it seems the likes of BT are working across the entire country with NHS and CCG's. Every investor in TLY deserves to know why we have contracts that have either ended or being 'evaluated'. It seems CCG's are still involved with organisations that support elderly / people with LTC's. It just seems they're not involved with us. It's frustrating that the Bod don't update us so we have to find out for ourselves.

They state they are working CCG's and helping to reduce NHS costs by supporting the aged and those with long term conditions! I always feared the likes of BT dominating this sector and now it seems they could be. And with a technological giant such as BT, they will have the expertise with the equipment and the cash to fast track their route to market. White flag anyone?

The days of the above equalling 'good news' appears long gone. We know Sp's drop on no news, and considering the Bod have provided their annual stark warning, but this time it was regards patients being saddened about the health coaching rug being pulled from under their feet, I believe we can reasonably accept more CCG's to follow. The Bod said they had difficulties converting contracts due to 'NHS priorities' and now it seems patients are being removed from their contracts. It doesn't take Einstein to calculate this formula. NHS priorities + patients being removed = no contract renewals.

I wonder why Cashking uploaded that link to an asked if we are 'showcasing' there? Did he not bother to check the exhibitor list? Does he upload these links to try and fool people with suggesting we could be attending? Time after time he uploads links without even bothering to read it himself.
