Breakfree is calling us Muppets for having some sort of faith / hope in the company yet he is also (supposedly) invested.

He's invested in this company but still says the below comments about those invested;

"You have answered my previous question. Time will tell who the muppet is. This is just Flybe all over again and look how many investors lost out."

Oh my goodness.

So, you're happy to "loose" (its 'lose') money, even though you don't believe in this company surviving as per your post below.

"What you think this debt riddled company is going to defy the entire industry with little customers. ???".

I genuinely can't have a comversstion with him as I sincerely don't believe he understands his own contradictions, and it would be naive of me to try and make him see otherwise.

Sadly, there isn't much to discuss at the moment with Fjet.

We are mostly on tenterhooks waiting for the financial update of this company. Flight bookings.

Africa's position in this pandemic, and now with news that Easyjet / Aribus and many others are laying off thousands of staff, it's all very troubling.

The Sp is likely to bounce around in this range with + or - 10% swings.

As long as you're prepared for this, and even if you can make a few quid, then hats off to you!

Ride it out. Take your chance. And remember, as most already know, we are investing in a high risk stock where the commercial market for tourism has been hit exponentially but, if we recover, the Sp will surely be multiple amounts from where we sit now.

And that is something that irritating sprite knows. And we all know who he is...

You must remember, throughout Breakfrees relentless negativity on this board, he recently said that he bought FJET shares when they were at their highest and lowest share price.

He bought into FJET when they were at their lowest as he saw potential.

He did say this company had used all of its 9 lives yet he still chose to pour more of his hard earned money in.

Why would anyone waste good after bad - if you truly saw no possible return in this company.

The gent speaks with forked tongue and has a poor memory when it comes to his posts.

Personally, I think he adds comic value to this board.

I've openly suggested that many folk on here shouldn't engage with the little scamp but some still do, so they cause a rod for their own back.

Keep ignoring Breakfree as his hypocrisy will be his own demise and, more comically, he'll just be ranting to himself.

You just stop engaging with Breakfree.

You're allowing yourself to give him air time and giving him an opportunity to debate with you.

He's said this company has had all its lives, and that he wouldn't invest and doesn't want new investors to be burned but in his last few posts he's commented how he bought high and also bought at the bottom.

You don't average down if you don't see a return at that low entry price.

And that is precisely what some new investors may see. An opportunity at today's low prices, and yes, it may go lower until we have the all important news but, that's what makes this share high risk / high reward.

Show me an Aim company that hasn't spoken of 'going concern' or occasions where they have had to raise money to keep the debt collectors at bay.

Breakfrees copy and paste posts about this company from 2 years ago only highlight how the company has still continued on, and hopefully will do when we know what is going to happen at the end of July.

It's funny how certain folk, who spin their platidudinious talk of being invested many, many years ago and that they have been caught out, which they believe gives them credence to say poorly the company has been ran.

In part, I agree, but it's just ironic how those that spout a tremendous amount of negativity, always justify it by saying they were in yesteryear.

I'm truly sorry if they have lost money, as that is cruel for any hard working person, but they shouldn't deny or deter anyone else with repetitive negativity from news of 2 years ago.

I didn't invest on news of 2 years ago, I invested of what I know is going on now, and yes, I've been fortunate and have made some money.

I don't care whether that young scamp owns a share or not, as it's clear he is a slightly disgruntled gent. That is for all to see.

I must admit; I'm not sure why that is there or if it means how it reads 'they have nothing'.

I suppose I'm stuck at the below the 5% threshold term.

The only way to know for sure is to add up all that they've sold, refer back to when they last disclosed an increase on holding, and weigh off if they have sold the lot.

For me, that requires more effort than I'm interested in as I'm still holding and don't care that they are out. Actually, the fact that they are and the Sp is where it is, its only reaffirmed some things for me.

The NOMAD chose to release it after hours.

Personally - I don't see their benefit as the share price has held. Releasing it earlier wouldn't have made much different - in my humble blah, blah, blah...

I expect a corporate presentation to be released in the next 5-6 weeks, detailing the companies new position going forward.

Either that or the for sale sign will be going up....

An Rns will be issued confirming they have zero holding.

I would hope, through your investing knowledge you've come across this before, therefore you should know, that an Rns will be revealed declaring this.

Only below 3% is, as I've referred, the blind period.

As a P.I, I could hold less than 3% of the shares in issue, but I'd never have to legally disclose when that is done.

If M&G had less than 3% they would have said.

A written Rns, text, love letter, or Star Sign report in the Sun, can be read a multitude of ways but the fact remains, they have to disclose if they are less than 3%. That is the threshold.

Fear not - it will come, and may be that one will evidence that have zero holdings.

And the moment, we know they are less than 5%. But 5% isn't 3%.

I'm not trying to be pernickety but I'm being factual. It's how it is.

And 'how it is' hasn't concerned me.

I've always believed, and chirped on about it, that M&G will sell the lot, and if it had concerned me that much, I'd have sold a long time ago.

M&G still hold some shares as they've only crossed the 5% threshold.

3% is the diclosable amount, and any 1% thereafter so, we know they are below 5, and when they drop below 3% that is the 'blind' period but, I've rattled on about this from the start.

They are selling every single share in this company, and from reading about their own plight, I understand why.

The good news for Fastjet is;

A major holding in this company has sold millions amount of shares, and since they started, from the early 0.14's, the share price has held and, we've slightly moved forward - all this is very promising.

When insti investors sell their entire pot, it normally smells trouble for the company but, an isnti can sell for a multitude of reasons.

I firmly believe theirs is due to strengthening their portfolio for their clients, as they seem to be investing in more solid stocks, and AIM is a murky world where I've always struggled to understand why corporate accounts would dip their desperate toe in this pond.

Anyway - it's done now, and it seems the damage of their selling has been minimal.

The only fly in the ointment is; as no new investor has bought their volume of shares (from what it seems) it means this Sp will continue to be volatile as the free float of shares in issue is mainly at private investor hands.

Generally - having lots of private investor shares to buy means the Sp normally stagnates but this company is a massive risk, and if it survives and lives to fight another pandemic, then the Sp will be at a much higher level than where we sit today - and that is a large fundamental reason why I first to invest here 3 months ago.

Anyone on here can say how the Sp is going to sky rocket or plummet on 'news' that they imply they know - just as you have said "there is some huge News coming".

Neither person who spouts these Nostradamus type predictions can substantiate them, and the old favourite response gets regurgitated where the poster can't "mention anymore than what they have.....".

No matter what. A bullish or bearish poster will crow about how their vision came true and remind us all of that special day when they laid their claim.

Certainly from my perspective; those that provide these hollow opinions are one to watch out for.

I doubt your big news told you of the heavy drop from 0.8 to 0.15 did it.....

Either way; as much as I find many 'derampers' on this board irritating, JT and Miss G alike, those on the opposite end of the very hollow spectrum are the same.

I don't see how any insti offloading their shares will be good for this share price.

What it means in the very immediate term is; there will be a lot of free float shares circulating, waiting to be bought.

As bullish as I am regards Fastjet resuming their flights, I can only base my judgment on the facts I see in front of me, and from what Fastjet are advertising;

"Fastjet Zimbabwe advises customers that all flights on the schedule flight network shall be suspended up to and including 31 July 2020."

The above was updated on 15/06/2020.

It Fastjet are selling flights, where is it advertised as their own website contradicts that they are.

Other social platforms have also suggested "sold out" is air carrier speech for; "not available".

I'm confident Fastjet will resume flights from 01/08, and I'd rather wait until they confirm it but I'm certainly not going to try and convince myself they have resumed earlier due to 'sold out' reports.

My post toward the end of the day yesterday, commented that we are likely to receive an Rns due to the 1% threshold being crossed.

I'm not a clairvoyant, nor pyshic, nor have insider knowledge or spesk to Mystic Meg...

But it doesn't take a genius to look at M&G personal situation, and if we are presuming most sells of 10m shares and above are M&G related, it really hasn't been difficult for me to work out what percentage they are down to, and if there will be another holdings Rns.

Regards other bug players buying in or increasing their holding. Who are you speaking of?

No, new large insti has bought these huge sale of shares that M&G have offloaded.

If they had, we would have had an Rns. The free float of shares for private investors is getting swamped, and a part of these calculations, and the lack of confidence due to M&G offloading, are contributory factors with why the Sp is falling.

And I'm sorry to say, more sorry as I hold a few shares, that the Sp will continue until M&G stop selling.

I highly doubt they have a minimum Sp to which they want to sell at. Why would you think that, and why would you think that this is current Sp they are happy to hold at?

For goodness sake; I keep banging this drum but M&G are looking only to invest in solid stocks that offer likely returns. Fastjet doesn't fit into their new portfolio.

I'm sure you know your type of post also brings a stream of criticism, and it only fuels the fire of those who say they wish to redress any over enthusiastic balance.

I hope there is a "big boom" but you say it as thought it's fact, and you fail to substantiate it.

BigLnt was a guilty party as he spoke of big news that he couldn't share but constantly alluded to something.

Comments such as that should (And would) be removed by the Admin team, as if he does know of forthcoming, transformational news, that isn't in the public domain, then he is unwittingly opening himself up to having insider knowledge and he his foolhardy to even suggest that on here as he would be banned for that (it's in the terms).

Come on folks, this is meant to be an information sharing board, but too many offer their hollow, and unsubstantiated comments, which only antagonize the other.
