My assumption would be that any divi declare would be be for sholders at record date for that divi, even if it included a catch up divi.

Thx, I have read much about the vaccines and of course, as the article you reference says, we cannot know how effective they are for some time ; protection mb short lived, etc.

But they will be safe. trials will establish that beyond reasonable doubt, or they would not pass approval. These regulators are pretty strict, and whis development and trial tineline have been telescoped, that is not at the expense of safety.
All invilved, drug cos, health authorities, regulators know that passing an unsafe vaccine would completely undermine ublic trust.
Thx fo your good wishes, but I have rad widely (as a layman) and am perfectly happythat any vaccine trial is likely safer than going to the pub atm.

Any vaccine will be as thoroughly tested as ever, and perfectly safe. Risk is actually tiny after Phase 2 trials, which is why I've happily signed up to S3 trial.

Imo the risk in the market atm is of what will follow next week, when Trump refuses to go quietly and the militias take to the streets. If that happens, the markets will have a lot more to worry about than stimulus.

NHS Trusts have been told to be ready to vaccinate by 9 Dec, first to NHS staff. Note tht means only what it says, they must be ready.
I think we will see vulnerable groups, meaning NHS and Hc workers, over 65s, getting vaccinated in Q1. But that of course assumes no trial hiccups.

The thrust of my posts is that everything depends on the reservoir. Currently there is no problem paying the bonds. But we don't know what capex will be required going forward to maintain/increase that, and moreover, we don't know if that production rate can be maintained in the meantime.
Those uncertainties, I suggest, are what is behind the discount on the bonds.

The downside risk is the Petra scnario poste earlier. Upside is that CA have it right, in which case there is likely several bags in the SP.

But no one can know, at this point, which scenario will play out, which is why all those posting hypothetical values based on assumed production/revenues are just that, Hypothetical.

Yes, we know it is fully funded as you say. But every time it is fully funded Bramhill finds something else tp spend it on, and there's another raise. I'm not suggesting one is imminent - that would be ridiculous - but who's to say, given the track record, that March/April, or even b4, wont see another one?
