1.Complacency, I haven't seen the FCA do anything much in the last couple of years, I expect Plus500 expected the same apathetic and dysfunctional operation of our national treasure as in the past 2. I understand it was half of all UK customers, however it will be less than that now, important to note that the UK is only part of their customer base 3. I've seen plenty of complaints online too, I suppose it's only to be expected as they have tens of thousands of UK customers? Seen a few advocates of them as well. Important to note that people are more likely to put pen to paper when moaning as opposed to praising something, so they are always disproportionately 'visible' GLA
