About this a few weeks ago but been in plenty of shares with share buybacks and noticed that whilst the buy back takes place the share price seems suppressed and recovers after it’s finished - absolutely no idea why that would be but I’ve noticed that pattern on numerous occasions

No rns for buybacks yesterday, just sayin’

I think the tailwind cash generation is even better than the above suggests as read on here that Tailwind paid a dividend after 30/11/2022 but before the deal completed.

Tailwind has tax credits to use against losses incurred in previous accounting period, so not so much of an impact with tailwind.
