sqz probably have commitments from over 50% of the ii's
SQZ are using £58.7 million cash for this deal
Marathon had $1bln in decom liabs if I recall
Lots of people invested in sqz and on this bb have been anhedonic on sqz literally for years, have to wonder why you're all invested?
Why do you think the institutional investors think this is a good deal but this bb thinks it's a bad deal?
If the share price had gone up to 300p on the exact same deal you would've been happy presumably, and all of a sudden viewing it through a different haze of sunglasses, a lot of hysteria on this board
The day of Kistos' acquisitions also went down like lead balloons - no idea why but it tends to happen, I've a feeling Mercuria and holders will do well from hereon in
Kistos must've made a bad acquisition today also
You've managed to say Serica is undervalued but in a negative way, which is impressive
I wonder if Mercuria want 28% of Serica because they think it's overvalued and they want to lose money?
Kistos down 4.16%, but lets not mention that, lets all be hysterical about a £1bln O&G company pumping 45k boepd, £200m net cash 100m 2P reserves and a less than £1bln implied mcap lol
This bb is hilarious ngl
Mercuria are in the money making game > follow Mercuria
Mustn't forget the market is terrible at the moment, don't think I've had a week where I've finished up on anything in two months
So I make it we're at an implied MCap of £1bln, at 45k boepd 50/50 oil and gas, with £200m net cash
Nice theory, except when you put Kistos and SQZ on the same graph they've moved pretty much identically all year
Cash at year end will be a bit like a sawtooth on a graph unfortunately due to the size of corporation and wft payments and their 3 monthly payment nature
They’ve not had any money for the majority of that 4 years, the ballooning of the cash pile is pretty much all in 15 months
We need natural gas for the gasses that preserve food in packaging and the production of fertiliser regardless of whether we ween ourselves off gas and oil as fuels, oil needed for petrochemicals and plastics, as I said the public and the government can't see past the next weekend, forget about seeing 10 years ahead, it's too complex a concept for them.
It's simple and I'm sorry for any offence but the government represent the people and the people are idiots, that's why it's happening. Most voters can't think past the the next p!ss up so that's how the country is run, there's no conspiracy theories relevant to it for me. It's about staying in power and giving the idiots what they want in order to stay in power.
What do you mean?
I know this is dangerously close to the realms of conspiracy theories you get on microcap wildcat miners and oilers, but it does feel like someone is buying heavily looking at these peculiar sp intra day swings
