Yes you’re entitled to the rebate in an isa, problem is most banks are in cahoots with the Swiss and refuse to issue tax vouchers showing the tax deducted making securing a rebate nigh on impossible

There’s no notifiable short positions on amigo as far as I’m aware

Would be unusual for a company of such small mcap with more cash than mcap to be shorted tbh, can’t see that making it through the average risk management system
