Is apoplectic about Putin, suggestive that he’s outmanoeuvred US shale reading between the lines, oilprice is known for a US shale bias

Anyone know what the algo trades are all about?

The spreads too big to high frequency trade and the stamp duty makes it undesirable too but the RRE trades are dominated by them?

All opec do is prop up US shale, if sending that under for the next ten years means a few days of Rre at 1100 and then 3000 by the end of the year, I say let oil drop and bring it on

Yes I read something about that, fuel usage went up significantly in the SARS/swine flu outbreak due to people having to drive due to the shutdown of air routes

Cases in the U.K. seem to double roughly everyday, notwithstanding there’s probably countless people have it or had it and are now over it without ever showing any symptoms, let’s say the 85 cases are true, yesterday it was half this, if it doubles every day the peak will be in circa 20 days and after that the virus has to fall off a cliff edge due to a now exposed and resistant population

When coronavirus hits the fan, the brakes ironically come off the measures governments have been taking to contain it, which is what’s stifling the oil price imo

Unfortunately, it's looking increasingly likely it's going to be a pandemic, whereby countries all have a similar infection rate

If the above panned out (which of course everyone wishes it doesn't) doesn't that make the temporary controls on the movement of people / goods somewhat defunct, thus getting everything pretty much back to business as usual albeit with a lot of flu sufferers?
