Now lower than open
I'd trust Reuters over some obscure Iraq website...
One says a deal is done, the other that Iraq will bypass KRG. More noise

Without doubt... Another AIM fraud that will go unpunished.
Walleye Capital are going to bleed on this news lol
If that's the case why are you here? Is it your good deed of the day to forewarn us of impending doom?
Someone knows something... Looking leaky.... wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend lol
Trades like a neurotic donkey, up this morning down now and probably close higher...
"In my opinion, the shares are undervalued and have speculative appeal."

News on 1st Coora well and Cas 3 probably week after Easter. Success at Cas 3 then onto Cas 4 spud. Cas 2 pressure was so good it "blew the lid off the well". So expect that will produce like ST-1 well (or better). Similar at Cas 3 could give us 90+ production with just ST-1, 2 & 3. Deep takes us over 100 and then we have Cas 4 and B pad wells. If TGXP pull their finger out they could hit 200 by year end. They should start upgrading the Cas A facility now really! Expect they'll wait until Cas 4 drilled before doing so. The market doesn't understand the value here!
Everyone now expects real companies to behave like bitcoin, or unicorns like NVDA. Fundamentals don't seem to attract real investors anymore and gamblers just chase rainbows. Oh well, let the patient reap the real rewards
Great results and I was expecting this to blow through 120 today. Instead everyone is selling. People have too high expectations lol.
Such an opportunity for LTH's. This should do 200% from here between now and mid 25' based on cash flow increase alone. They may also have success with further exploration that will increase reserves and send us even higher
The bid is actually above 49p, its down less than a penny from yesterday. Still tiny volume. We should now start popping up on stock screeners so some new interest should follow in coming weeks
Will average 9400 boe per day across 24' with 14,000 boe per day expected by end of Q3. Amazing cash flow! We may see dividends in 25'
I still have my discounted sale values returning 50p+ a share (absolute worst case scenario). Chances are high asset sales return much more, but that's still 100% gain in a year. Verne sale showed how quickly deals can be done with some motivation. Let's see what the next offer for an asset is
Ok, so I don't quite get this bit...
"A potential earn-out payment of up to US$135 million (approximately £106 million*), which is payable subject to Verne Global achieving run-rate EBITDA targets for the financial year ending December 2026 (the "Performance Target"). The total earn-out will be payable if 100% of the Performance Target is met and will be reduced on a sliding scale with no earn-out being payable if Verne Global does not achieve 80% of the Performance Target. This target is as set in the business plan provided to all potential purchasers at the time of the sale process."
Does that mean $135m of the $575m sale is held until December 2026 depending on performance of Verne as a business? So we've reduced the RCF to $80m after sale proceeds and will be able to pay the rest 'IF' Verne performs as expected? I guess the SP will react next to the value of the next asset sale in relation to it's NAV. If only 20% lower we might see some real momentum upwards
