Guy is an unhinged lunatic with low to no IQ. Can't reason with the unreasonable!
Agree. BoD are dog s***, they could easily have communicated progress on any sale. Even if to say "we've had an undisclosed bid from a buyer that we rejected because we felt we can get more". At least then you'd know there are actual buyers. They haven't because there isn't! They are probably stringing this along hoping they will get more than they deserve but they should really accept any offer for at least some of the assets (remember, it isn' just one asset) to prove they are capable of doing a deal and the assets are real.
However, my point remains that this WUP is just noise and nothing has changed since before its issuing. Switch off come back after Xmas and nothing will be different (except the WUP will be thrown out of court).
Geld has spoken... Let it be so!
The WUP is being used as an aggressive form of debt recovery. It does not mean, what is being translated by the market, that EUA are insolvent. They are not! The WUP petition will likely fall flat and the SP will recover slightly. That does not mean a sale will then magically happen. The BoD are an incompetent, dishonest bunch (as are most on AIM) and I don't foresee a sale any time soon. What shareholders, or side-line watchers need to employ, is balanced reasoning.
The company is unlikely to agree a sale at any previously expected price
You're making it more expensive. I want it cheaper! This should be 35p considering the risks to RE atm! Everyone sell so I can buy your shares on the cheap
Agree that the MC is low for what the company is currently doing in FCF. Let's see what news we get before Xmas
Late to the party?
Is going to be interesting. Toronto sold off heavy on Friday and no news yet to stabilise the SP. Market is grinding lower with more fear. Time to be greedy will be soon.
Soon 1p will be the new 2
Sad you think they read LSE lol
Only ramping allowed it seems
£20m loan and no one knows what for. Directors loan to a controlling party lol. Yeah, this is gone. dust. I think it's time to sell
When's it going back up?
Coho workover has started, Royston intermediate on pump next. Haha all the sellers at these levels. Make it rain Oil and Gold and a wall of dollar cash for Christmas :)
Looks like Canada got the good news first... Up 8%, more to follow you would think
Might go lower. Market conditions will dictate in this environment. Imagine buying Amazon in 1999... You think it was a bad buy in 2000 but you'd feel like the smartest man in the world 5 years later. Be like Uncle Warren and think longer term x
At current net FCF we will have our MC sitting in the bank in less that 3 years lol. They say nothings ever cheap and nothings expensive, but this looks bl**dy cheap to me lol
Already looked cheap before gold spiking. Now the stars are about to align. Target price is 20p! who's with me?
When markets crash you need to focus on the company. Is it improving its cash flow and profitability? Is it reducing its debt? Does it have good prospects for expansion? If all boxes are ticked then just weather the storm. TXP ticks all boxes and eventually it will recover. The share price is not the company!
AIM has not been lower in 20 years. Everyone is liquidating small caps. Those with cashflow will rise above all others. Guess who has ridiculous cash flow?!
