Mad this is still at sub 6p with revenues growing yoy. They seem to be on the cusp of going cash flow positive (next 6 months) and this will easily double when they do. I'm a buyer here, may be a good 3/4 year hold if they continue to grow at pace (and if they don't get bought out).

Hard to see them meeting guidance of being profitable this year after those HY results - sadly more dilution could be on the cards

Probably not 6 months for a tidy profit, a yes vote takes this back to 35/26p and Arb traders buy any stock on sale. I'm waiting for a yes to get out - should have taken the 25p on offer this morning

Harry will be reported for the FCA for mistatements to investors. You cannot say "expected to be this coming week" and not issue and update RNS explaining why you were wrong by Monday the following. Even if news drops tomorrow then it's gross professional misconduct. This is why everyone hates AIM, it's the wild west where anything goes...

I would've liked if 100% retail offer had been fulfilled but I supposed many, like myself, want to see some evidence of meeting guidance on positive cash flow before increasing exposure. I still think 1 big contract win and this could be a 10x stock but there's also significant downside if they don't go cashflow + next year. GLA I remain a loyal holder

GGG don't stop asking questions here - Don't let people like Johno rope others into PBs lies. Johno has been averaging down for 2 years, from 90p+ and is desperate to bring others in so he can sell down his massive losing trade. Guy has 1.5m shares, or more, he must be hurting bad yet he won't wake up and realise the wall of cash is never coming.

Let them sell and leave - next financial update will steer the ship in the right direction

No one's seen accounts and people are jumping to conclusions that Wood is worth 30p a share. Sidara haven't seen the accounts and are opportunistic in their approach to buy Wood (can't blame them). If accounts are published and look healthy (or healthier than anticipated) then shareholders will vote down any low ball offer. If accounts are rubbish, Sidara may well walk away - anything from now until then is just noise

Sidara were annoyed by WOOD board during their last negotiations, this nis just revenge. My guess is they walk and WOOD BoD have to turn this around. Lets wait and see...

Accounting errors can spell disaster...

Little bird at Deloitte told me they're still working on accounts, perhaps by the end of September. wouldn't tell me if good or bad :(
