The risk with small caps is always dilution. It's hard to come back from being diluted multiple times (some of us have been here long enough we were caught in the last raise). Removing this risk is paramount to the long term success of shareholders and if ABDX can deliver a net profit this year the SP will fly. Forget 44% in a day, more like 200%!

I think LSE listing rules state if a party acquires more than 30% of shares they trigger a take over warning. Having a secondary listing in Canada is currently a negative for shareholders here. There's almost zero volume on TSX and one seller, like yesterdays Mr 100k shares, stops any upwards momentum. Then they drop the bid/ask here to match TSX on open which kills yesterdays gains. Although, keep in in mind one can also lead the other. As more good news comes in, real SP moving news, then Canada may cause London to open higher every session. Patience my friends, patience
