DGM. I need no more convincing. I Spire will launch a bid for DGM soon, mark my words. We did not have to wait until friday. We know now!!!

DGM. On todays deals some news is heading this way. I do not think there will be any additional new holdings announcements because of the small aggregate 14m trades % to ISC. There may well be an announcement, long shot, that I-Spire has increased its holding, which would account for the 7 day Substantial Holdings Rules restrictions. There may well be some selling now, locking in profits. The next few trading sessions are going to be quite volatile. But this is not the only game in town, I have made some other footprints elsewhere, which I believe offer up interesting and exciting investment opportunities for us all.

DGM sometimes the obvious stares us in the face and we cannot see it for looking. watching timing of announcements sometimes tells us a lot about the investments we make.

DGM. Some Company's wait until Friday 5pm to make an announcement. Normally designed to cattch the unwary investors off guard. Over the years Companies wait until Friday night to drop bad news on the market in the hope that the weekend will lessen the impact. Any good news will allow the weekend finance papers the opportunity to speculate. Whichever way it goes Friday night stories are always intrigueing. If the Buying today has a bearing on "significant" holdings, then they will not have to be reported until the latest Friday evening as per Listing Rules. I do not see any other reason why an RNS should be delivered today or tomorrow, but DGM Board could release an announcement telling us that they "know of no reason" regardless regarding the "current share price movement". I am watching this space so to speak. There may be five liner stories in the tabloids tomorrow offering their speculations.

IDD. This is exciting though, since my last footpring. A 1M buy at 1p a gutsy buy out of the blue.

DGM. It looks like my sixth sense will pay off. There is plenty of Broker/Market Maker, momentum buying activity oiut there. My mind was made up when the shares fell out of bed so to speak the other month. Something had to give. And giving it will. I-Spire will not be a seller at these prices. we will have to look elsewhere for the reasons of the largeish volume of trades. Any RNS will not be published until Friday. I have a sneaky feeling we will get a Friday 5pm d"drop" announcement.

YOO. Don't lose sight of this old play. signed a multi year agreement with gemstar TV guide+ to Freeview digital set top boxes. There is also news out today of a collaberation with Gemstar to R&D developing interactive services.

DGM. Some dealer put a deal through marked as 10m instead of 1m LSE shows a cancelled trade on their pages.

DGM. I cannot answer that one you will need to ask the recent buyers for their motives. All as I can do is read and interpret the best way I know how. If I have misread the signs, my certs go back in the bank's safe and go brown with age gathering dust, but I think they will have been surrendered before then.

DGM. Precisely and that is the best time to sell. Recall RAF and thousands of other share price spikes on Bid approaches, then the share price comes off. Then buy back in until the next spike and so on an on.

DGM. Any selling by me will take place once I know the intentions of I-Spire. They seem to be positioning themselves to make an offer for the outstanding shares, by increasing their share of the ISC. It is just a question of when! But even if a bid does not come I-Spire who have tenatiously held onto their slice of DGM since IB Net days would not increase their holding without reason, they have too much to lose. As an investor I have been in and out and stuck with DGM for many years. My sixth sense tells me to be on my guard. At the moment in the ansense of any RNS my instincts are, for the moment, my RNS's

DGM. I am getting my stock certificates ready. It looks like I may be instructing my broker to sell in the near future. Looks like with recent strengh it will not be long before this Company is snapped up, either way with steady buying over 2 sessions it cannot be all negative some confidence is shown by the market.

GTL. There were widespread media/news tv reports uesterday, suggesting that more governments, including the UK's, for alternative fossil based petrol products. This woul;d suit GTL down to the ground, no pun intended. But I wonder if GTL has current financial resources to meet demand, I have a notion that GTL may well go back to the market with its begging bowl and organise a secondary issue on the back of current share price strengh.

IDD. The 12.63M was a transfer from P Cox's personal holding to his pension fund. No change in % of ISC held.

IDD. Ordinary Res; 1) To receive the report/accounts 2) Elect John S Mitchell as Director 3) Appoint PKF(UK) LLP as Auditors Special Res; 4) Authority to allot shares up to aggregate nominal £3.68M 5) Authority to allot up to 109M (meeting 8th Aug) 6) New options over 27.89M 7) Section 95(1) revocation. DGM. My information was supplied by Mr Andrew Dickson CFO and not CEO as reported.

DGM. The Chief Executive Officer of DGM has informed me that there is nothing to report under Aim Listing Rule 11, that is inter alia "a company must issue notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge concerning".... As all information available to the public is in the price so there is no need to read more into the latest developments regarding COMET, Woolies et al.

EXC. The recent volatility has prompted buyers in at the top trading range, a rise of 23% is consistent with the chartist movements of this stock . Possible new rises next week I am looking out for any whispers causing the buying and sudden rise today, but it looks like advantage being taken of recent weakness perhaps.
