LGB. deferred announcement. Now that a request to the takeover panel to delay the publication of the RAF offer until an unspecified time. This situation reaks of intrague more and more. I cannot see any reason to be buying shares in RAF at the moment, it baffles me why there are still buyers.

DGM. Do not run away with the idea that a Bid will follow, but I-Spire had held shares since the days of IB Net tie up, so have I. I will not predict a take out price but it has to be around...like a turkey.. sticking his neck out around 21p

DGM. With the recent announcement that I-Spire has increased its holding to 18.14%. It is almost certain a full bid for the oustanding ISC will follow. This is as predicted a very much opportunistic move. But as I have repeated previously not unexpected.

DGM. Affiliate Window, Deal Group Media PLC, London Stock Exchange et al will investigate the alleged termination transfer or otherwise report that COMET have ended their contract with DGM PLC and make any appropriate announcement.

IDD. Sometimes I get mixed messages. I read that investors buy into a stock and then, when things go quiet rationalise their investment, but is quietness relevent. I have been following IDD for many months, no doubt so have you, I can recall many footprints that been posted for a long time previous to that. Why should it be of concern if the situation has gone quiet, I would have thought that buying into IDD was on fundamentals. I have done my homework, I have got a journal of events, I do not require any further clarification of eventualities, my footprint story is an open book. I do not want to appear dismissive of your footprint, but IDD events have been well reported, unfortunately many have gone off the board, it would be impossible to re-iterate. Is there. If you have missed something it is all in the historic detail, which has been succinctly covered previously and has now been archived. It boils down to the old achronym DYOR.

DGM. I have been in contact with the various parties to this alleged development. I am awaiting confirmation from DGM, AW. and Comet's owners. I have not come across any press releases yet.

PXC. A sparkle in a cloud of fog?. If the late buys are anything to go by, there should be some fireworks by 5th November. How do you all read/interpret the late trades. I see PXC got a mention in the IC today today 21st Oct?

IDD. I think we have articulated what an RNS is. It was a lucky shot of mine to beat you to the draw. I wish sometimes the speed of my investing shot would be more accurate rather than expeditious! superkalifragilisticexpialidotious so they say.

IDD. The reasons and purpose behind the RNS is so that everyone, in theory, is presented wih information which may "impact" on the share price, at the same time. So that no individual has price sensitive information ahead of the game so to speak. This was introduced in the latest Financial sevices Management Act ("FSMA") and is administered by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA")

IDD. An RNS is a London Stock Exchange official Regulatory News Service ("RNS") announcement. All Companies, under the Financial Services Act are obliged under listing Rule 9.1 to report anything that may affect the share price. They do this by reporting it to their Regulated Information Service ("RIS")who in turn report to the LSE who release it to the Investing World.

URA. My opinion has not changed since my footprint 8th August. The share price has shown some movement, but it is still an out of favour stock. You got a good price despite your loss.

IDD. The share price has returned to opening levels. This is despite the alleged sell trades. My guess is there are some BUY trades heading our way, we will know by 5pm. I still think there will be an RNS before the days out!

ARX. You havn't gone and put all your ARX proceeds into AMINEX? have you?. No wonder the CAPITAL footprint rebutting my note that I am a seller. I am not advocating a sell not, I am just locking in some profits for personal reasons..

INO. Sold 750K ARX shares and lost £85K. But not to worry, tongue in cheek, it still holds 410K, at current prices a whopping £26K

ARX. INO sold 750K in ARX and made a loss of £84K. Expect a weakness in INO shares as a result.

IDD. Yesterday, I related what I thought was a 1M sell trade in AMINEX as a sign that the shareholder presentation did not go down well, what I did was, I let my eyes and my ears rule my judgment, as it turned out the presentation proved positive and was well received by the members, share buys then became the order of the day. Today with IDD, I see and read a 2.5M alleged sell trade, will I make the same mistake twice? Despite this sell the share price has returned to the session's opening price, that to me is good enough that there should be no concern as to the direction this share price is going, it looks like it is not destined southwards not for the moment anywise.

IDD. My gut feeling, and it the only thing that I can come up with, there are no rumours circulating at the moment to give any clue as to future direction, and that there is nothing sinister going on. The FTSE has dropped some 400 points in a short space of time, IDD price fall is in line with the general market correction. There have been no appreciable selling going on putting the shares under selling pressure. It would take trades amounting to up 671M shares before all the "institutinal" shares are disposed of before we get to ground zero. So far there has been no major transfers declared. In fact I have seen buyers outweighing sellers consistently. I hope I am right that we are in a corrective play regardless of the recent positive news. I have not read one piece of the recent developments in the media, this is proving a very frustrating investment. Press reporting will stimulate public/analysts perceptions. Like I said Wed 17.48, there is always some fantasy when dealing in shares, as the share price quite often does not perform to expectations..

EPO. The first piece on the board has been made. As predicted EPO will raise £3.2Ms via shares secondary issue to be placed with institutions at a price 31.5 to 41.8p. Would anyone care to make a prediction of the second move!, I am predicting the buying of a "bolt on" business.. Buy for the long term.

DAG. With buyers ploughing into PTC. DAG/PTC share prices/buys appear to be trading off each other, its looks like the two are trading blows at the moment. With PTC buyers in above normal market size. There will be news on the way by the looks of things.

PTC. Solid buy trades!. For two consecutive trading sessions there have been out of NMS buys. Two late trades within seconds yesterday amounting to 1.6M. Today 2x 1.7M share buys ie 3.4M buys within seconds. With DA Group (tentative link) rising today, my sniffer nose suspects something is afoot, no not that smell, filthy money smell. Follow the big spenders while in the basement bargain.
