GTL. Chief Exec leaves. Mr M Fox has given up his Chief Exec role in GTL. Mr GARY HUDSON joins the Board as Technical Director.

HHO. Mr M Frey has left the Company by mutual arrangement and will not be replaced.

PXC. takes on board 40K F2S's customers not 400K.

PXC. PXC acquires Freedom to Surf ("F2S") in a £10M all cash deal. Finance coulds from £2M PXC cash and £8M Bank loan. F2S had EBITDA of £414K as at Dec 04 and cash reserves of £1.2M generates some £500k/annum. PXC takes on board 400K Broadband customers

EPO. My first move is to organise secondary issue. Many companie's share increase in value without any obvious profit stream, profits are not always the determining factor in share price appreciation. My house has increased in value x fold but it does not bring in a profit, darned expensive noose that it is.

DGM. Buyers in exploiting last weeks sympathy market fall. Hold if you are in otherwise cautious buying if you are topping up. This mornings tentative strength fizzled out. Steady buying throughout the day. Buying at less than top end of current spread.

EPO. All the chess pieces are on the board now and in position. Let the game commence. Limited number of shares in issue, at least 14% held in funds. Major player in "on-line" payment processing. This is the start of a long game. If you think it is check mate now, then don't make the first move.

HHO. Today's trades have all the hallmarks of momentum buying as a result of bulletin board postings. Lots of buys until mid afternoon then lots of sells until just before close, then maybe some large trades pop up soon after. I am cautiously waiting for any news as a clear trade signal. I am not trading this stock blind until then.

EPO. Sorry about the fall today, but now buy. EPO has reduced net debt by £4M to £1.25M from £9.2M as at 31st Dec 2004. The Balance Sheet is much stronger as a result. I can confidently recommend buying EPO now.

PXC. Now that Bskyb has decided to plump for Easynet over Pipex as an easy way into Broadband. This leaves Pipex the bridesmaid, it was a contender. That said, pipex is now a prime target for others wanting a cheap ready made entry into the Broadband etc playground. I am still contious of the 43M one days buy trades recently and in whose hands the stock ended up in..

DGM. My suspicion is, the price has fallen back with the week's FTSE 100/NYSE falls. There has not been that much selling pressure of DGM stock.

ECK. With its 66% holding in hived of Symphony Telecom, the future looks promising with its advanced speech recognition software. After having disposed of Freecom

EPA. Since my last footprint. I can offer up some thechnical stuff. it meens nothing to me but is reports well. owns 10% of 2 15Mwatt power stations. Has similar stakes in similar elsewhere with 24Mwatt capacity. also has 6% in=terest in a 66MWatt dieself powered powew station.

LGB. I would never jump from one leaky ship ( situation ) to another. There are so many other solid plays out there These have had their day in my opinion, it is rainbow chasing!

CP. If you like undervalued stocks. You could do no worse than look at this Sotware company. with a net asst value of 14p and shareholder funds of £1.5M. It looks to me like a darling of the future.

ZIM. These are worth returning to in light of recent developments.

LGB. I meant to RAF have gone south not havn't

LGB. And the moral of the story is ? My questions are.1stly If the LGB has so much money allegedly escrowed in foreign banks. Then why does a Major shareholder reduce a holding? 2ndly Even more searching. Why would LGB want to buy RAF that has no obviuos synergies. and 3rdly Why havn't RAF shares gone southward, if a Company as liquid as LGB, allegedly, when it should meen fantastic wealth for its shareholders. I smell a RAT and always have done. Shoot me down if you must.

MPS. As a telematics Player, MPS is undergoing a major reconstruction and capital restructure. Loans are going to be paid Warrants surrendered. It looks like a massive tidying up of the balance Sheet. There is a 12 page synopsis at RNS Number 6081S. There will be an EGM on 17th Nov to discuss and or approve the offer document. I think this could be a major turnaround for this minnow.

RAF. Maybe transparant! but sometimes I see things so black and white. It is hard to resist spotting the obvious. But for my sins I remember a lot of history and in some respects that is either an advantage or it is not. I go with instinct. I cannot predict what will come but I can anticipate a lot, is that the same thing or something different ?
