PXC. Yes I follow your argument. But every deal has a Normal Market Size ("NMS") for that share in order to buy within the Bid/Offer range. You will often find many large packets of shares bought/sold but the savvy investor will try to get the best price for his deal, this is normal, I do it every time I trade, that is a fact of trading life, I cannot do anything about it, the market makers dictate trade volume NMS and prices. But you can rest assured if Buys > Sales kerching everytime. I know I have bought the "T" shirt? "wink" "wink". Not quite a "Blink" but close (an inside joke).

DGM. A Share price uptick so late in the day. My impression is that there are more strengh to follow ?

PXC. Now you can comprehend why I want a share consolidation.

PXC. Market Cap £202.8M share price 9.25p (current share price) = 2.192Bn issued Shares.

PXC Market Capitalisation is £202.4M divide this by 9.5p = 2.126Bn Issued Share Cap ("ISC"). So 5M shares traded = small fry!

PXC. Yes too many Issued Shares. End of Story ? as I see it.

ESY. Deutche Bank have reported "substantial" holdings today under part V1 of Companies Act, surely now that ESY is in a bid situation, they should be reporting under the M&A rules. I can be quite thick sometimes if i am wrong.

INO. Someone just tapped me on the shoulder and told me there is an RNS release that former "substantial" shareholdings have been disposed of. If you come across this can you report.

ETL. There has been some positive news on the debt of this out of favour and debt ridden stock. The news is that there is some positive outluck on the debt front. I recall the same situation developing with JARVIS some while back, whatever did happen to those profits?. The situation is not identical, but is similar, wait for more news, but I am posting a buy, yes I know you are all rolling around the floor in fits of laughter, all the same. Can you come back to me on this and tell me the errors of my ways.

PTC. Spirital PLC in an agreement with PTC the provision of Voip telephone services. Which will also include Broadband and related applications including voicemail, call back, follow-me, conferencing, fax to email, etc.

DGM. DGM and its employees had previously entered in a "share save" scheme, wherby employees would have invested monthly savings into a scheme whereby they could buy shares at the prices qouted in the RNS. The maturity date was fixed at the outset. The scheme looks to have matured. the employees have now surrendered the saved cash and bought shares. What they do with those shares Sell or Hold is their choice. The new 300k shares will be admitted to trading pari pasu with existing shares. This may dilute EPs/PE but only in the short term. This is just an overview it is more detailed than this but I think you will get the gist.

GGG. Has found 3 new Gold zones. Follow up trenches are in progress. Results expected around December.

PTC. hi wayner, you are ahead of the game on this, stick with buddy!. There is still the news yet to come of the report that appeared in the Times two weeks ago, did you read it?

ZIM. Without news ZIM has moved from a - of 88 to a + of 13, without any obvious reason and without selling/buying pressure. My "nose tapping" mode is in full swing. I am posting a buy because such a swing indicates the market rumours/whispers are resurfacing. I expect some news to come, I have no idea what it is but somehow I feel it.

PXC. With nearly 2.25Bn issued share capital, any share price movement has a large and disproportionate effect on the market cap. This is a situation which, I believe. is a reason holding back the share price and affecting the perceived value of PXC. I have put four reasons to the Board why the shares should be consolidated, there are many other reasons why it would be prudent to do this, but the four I have presented are sound and justified. Only the Board can put this to the Members' vote, if they choose to go down this route. But the argument I have presented is a strong one which is in the best interests of the Shareholders.

PXC. If the continued buying persists there will be no more shares available. Mark my words, these shares will be revalued and rerated soon. I have asked the Board to consider consolidating the shares and i have given them four good reasons for doing so. watch this space!

DGM. Since 3.30 today all trades finished. This is pending an announcement regarding recent rumours? someone is for the high jump.

DGM. I have it on good authority that there is a lot of damaging rumour stories going around. My suggestion, and it is no more than that, the recent RNS announcements should be your guide. An offer for DGM will come but I cannot say for sure when. It is such a pity that the current loyal shareholders have stuck by DGM with lots of hope and promise, but I feel the game is soon to be up.
