GFM paid 15p/share or £2.5mns for the 39.25 stake in SRO. So best to review the latest Corporate offering from SRO to see where GFM profit lies. What is for sure, the market has warmed to the lignite JORC report. Now it is a question of turning it into money. It is very tight financially, but lucrative if they can pull it off.

Fairly soon on lack of substantial buying interest. Over zealouus footprinting has pushed sp to unsustainable levels. Buy on weakness if you really do fancy a gung ho flutter her. Not for the feint hearted or risk averse. But could deliver up longer term prosperity on fundamentals...

This will be a selling signal at 175% increase spread dropped to around 40%, so still a nice profit. Lock out downside and come back in on weakness run remainder on what looks like a very interesting player with a large (39%) stockholder on board...

GFM owns 39.2% of SRO after paying 15p/share (£2.5Mns) representing 16.68Mns of the issued share capital (isc).

SRO in which GFM has a sizeable stake is up 62.5% on news that it has a jorc 200mns of oil at its Western Australia Lignite workings.

Do not let the spread put you off. This Co is well undervalued at current levels, but take profits when presented.

This Co will have access to at least 200 million barrels of oil, 25 year life 7.3mns/annum after having discovered it has 500 million tonnes of lignite at Western Australia Salmon Gums, which it intends to convert into oil. Full report released today.

We fully anticipate that we will have a final draft this month.... We have no knowledge of the reason for the share price rise.. inter alia... Would like the Board to issue the Scoping study that was promissed by Oct then End 4th qtr of 2008, as a shareholder I am entitled to put questions to the Board as I see fit, I have not received a courteous acknowledgement and fellow shareholders deserve to know how the Company they support handles pressing and searching questions. I do not expect inside information, but I do expect the servants of the Co to at least offer up a reply of some descript. That is not too much to ask, is it?. I was asked for a response by MikeF. I gave one.

Yes like everyone else waiting with baited breath for the long awaited and overdue scoping study to be released. Still no word from the Company contacts to whom Emails have been sent asking for a responce from the Board both from a delay in releasing of the scoping report perspective and the speculative sharp rise in the share price. We await the responces, but as usual non will be offered. This is a strange bird of a Company.

I am not that sure that AGU has anything to do with the rise in MMS share price, as MMS has all the hallmarks of a neglected stock that is now receiving share price upside recognition it so rightly deserves. The Corporate news thus so far is that it is sitting on $900 Mns worth of resource, and the Company and its Competent person Wardell Armstrong have not produced anything to discount this. So for now with a resource, as far as we know, as being worth £450Mns and an issued share capital of 91Mns £450/91Mn shares = £4.94/share, tp be adjusted for extraction costs et al. As we know there has been Board manouvering of late and an increase in holdings by an "individual" shareholder, so maybe they have been outed at long last and cannot hide behind the Corporate shield any longer.
