Nortrust Nominees reduced their holdings by 500k from 4% to 3.8%. These shares were presumably transferred as part of the on-going share ownership shift between institutions... Still very much a longer term player..

Nortrust Nominnes has recently bought up 4,000,000 voting shares and now holds 4% of the issued stock. This follows on from the previous unconnected share purchase.. Certainly a stock for the bottom draw and longer term success..

Might be a good idea to go long on these at any price from 7p/share, by following Directors lead. Some 6 of them snapped up those stock trades at 7p/share 23rd Jan.

There can be no explaining the 1p/6% rise in share price today, there have been no recent significant trades, apart from those already reported on, the suggestion is, something has been leaked into the market and we can expect to hear some possible positive shareholder value enhancing Corporate verbiage forthcoming....Possibly ?

Following in the footsteps of TMc, which is showing a 10% rise this session. ENK moved from a negative position early on but moved through to a positive 6%, but I reckon there is more to follow looking at the previous sessions' trading ...

Will this 10% share price rise have a positive effect on ENK ? which seems to struggling a tad... ?

Looks like there has been some buying going on in these shares recently according to the large trades reported, maybe that is why the share price fell !!!

There is some confidence out there, at least as far as RLE is concerned, it has just raised £2.68Mns secured loan from Svenska Hendelshanken, the Nordik banking group. The loan has a coupon 1.75% above 3 month LIBOR (an attractive rate) and is secured on the Kings Heath property. It is clear RLE is not letting the world economy downturn prevent it from having funds and siezing commercial investment opportunities when presented.

News just out that OCS has now control of 14.8Mns voting shares representing 7.4% of the issued share capital (isc)...

That was a very interesting and crucial 1mns buy which takes Whitehall Consolidated Ltd to 5.471mns up from 4.471mns taking its share of the voting rights to 10.44%. WHG must now keep looking over its shoulder...

I am an investor here, I am however resigned to the fact that the technology has the potential to become the standard, however, with many growth companies the lack of funding may stifle progress, particularly in the current credit squeeze. A strategic partner with a client base already established may be an ideal situation. A joint Venture could work wonders. The stock may well gather a following and hopefully the road shows will hit the right nerves and push the right buttons. But for now funding is in place to cover immediate needs, now we need sales and momentum product sales at that. A medium to longer term situation is how perceive CUS.
