Having previously received £500k having sold its stake in Kilmartin Golf Ltd. and received £190k in repayment of a loan. Now has around £2Mns net assets. With a market cap of £.14Mns looks like some share price upside and interest from third parties may materialise. Next figures to Dec gone due soon.

Back in June there were significant holdings announced, since then there has been a major Board change. This bombed out Co may just be about to return to shareholder value. A longer term investment looks in place..

Highlights include earnings before tax interest and depreciation 9EBITDA) of £795k up 359%; Gross Profit £657k up 508%; pre tax profits £408k versus loss lst year £256k.Revenues were up 64% to a record £9.33Mns. Most of these numbers will be priced in, but I would suspect the "city" will, as usual, be cautious, but another Co reporting good progress in difficult markets. One for the future...

Has acquired a 19% stake in Dragonfruit Entertainment , a subsidiary of its US partner, Dragonfruit Studios, for a consideration contribution of £252k towards working capital and 426,000 new shares in GON.

This Company deserves some research, it has a 62% market cap discount to net asset value (NAV), and it is not surprising canny property rivals are homing in. This Co is managed by Christo Illiev, and this is where it gets incestuous, he is founder and chairman of AG Capital, the owner of Bulgaria's largest estate agency, whose chairman Per Sjoberg is also the chairman of BLd's largest shareholder CLS, which now holds 34% of the issued shares in BLD (read link). Mr Illiev has been actively building up his own stake up to 14.5% so far. If you want some inside information, then there it is !!! Announced this week that, due to an imbalance between its cash reserves and market capitalisation, the Co intend to return surplus cash to its members and become an unquoted private company. With some £6Mns in cash and a mc of around £3Mns it is easy to see why the Co sees no point in continuing with paying fees for a listing without any benefits in return. The Co proposes to return some £4Mns either through a tender offer at 20p or a special dividend of around 17p/share for those wanting to remain as a member with an unquoted Co.

This Australian outfit has over £20Mns cash reserves versus a market cap of around £9Mns. No wonder there has been some speculative share accumulations..

The Board have announced that no offer for the Co has been forthcoming. All those that speculative bought at top of trading range are locked in for now and showing a loss. The warnings were there that this was a speculative situation. The Co is still worth around 48p/share though !!!

At current levels and after the loan news and Trading update from WTN out of the way. May be an opportune time to consider taking a new position here. Current levels indicate some upside, but anything below current price appears to underpinned by developing events....

Vanguard International have increased their holdings in this £8Mns market Capitalised tiddler to 3.06% or 1.394 mns of the issued shares. One to follow developing story with interest.

Indeed the outlook quite good here. But do not be surprised if the share price is sluggish, this performance was flagged up recently and may have already been priced in. A medium to longer term growth stock performing well in a difficult trading environment.

Following the report of large trades going through the market recently. Barclays have a substantial holdings amounting to 11.99Mns representing 5% of the issued share capital (isc). Follow suit here on any weakness.

Hi chan. I am sure you have seen this news of Directors upping the ante. Looks like worth following !!! Emma Clarkson bought 1Mns at 4.25p each and now holds 3.7Mns representing 4.19% of the isc. In another announcement MD Richard Ambler bought up 81,149 shares at 4.5p each, and bought a further 85,792 paying 4.1p/share, now holds 1.133Mns representing 1.29% of the issued stock. Worth taking interest here.
