I well recall when con-man Mike Lynch bought our first data center in Nevada. I thought at the time that was a very smart move. I love the advantage it gives us over most of the market in which we operate (Pubmatic does the same thing).

While Mike Lynch has more than a few ethical issues, he made me a ton of Dough, so I can't complain too much about his lack of character.

We're on the same page regarding my return to a positive attitude towards Ofer et al. I am led to believe we'll have a smashing comeback when the macroenvironment turns around. It may be a year, maybe two, I've no clue how long it will take, but I am betting heavily we'll be fit and ready when it happens. And it will happen...just a matter of when.

A little about why I became so disillusioned: As all frequent posters here know, I had it in for the egregious SBC pay packages, which showed a tin ear relative to performance, the fact that they let the utterly moronic libtards get them to ban Dan Bongino which caused Rumble to cancel their relationship with us (I am now speaking as a TRMR shareholder), and also (this is by far the biggest reason), huge misses on what they promised...it's a horrible look to over-promise and under-deliver, and we've done it what, three quarters in a row? This really bothered me, and by the looks of the share price, I am not alone. Do they know their biz, their customers, and the overall ad tech environment or not?

Of course I am concerned about possible over-reliance on our relationship with MSFT (I am now speaking as a PERI shareholder.) I also wonder if a shoe is going to drop (the sheeeet to hit the fan is another way of putting it), because our results have been stellar in a bad macroenvironment. It seems as though it's too good to be true, and I can't help but wonder if they can keep it up. They believe they can, as the CFO said in the recent Needham dog and pony show. We'll know a lot more on 8 February.

About scalability, not sure, because they run pretty hands-on campaigns with little reliance on self-serve. They dismiss this as well.

Time will tell, but as of today I remain long and strong in PERI.

These guys are incredibly disciplined and conservative. They've yet to over-promise and underdeliver, unlike Ofer et al., and that's been the case for the entire time of Doron's tenure at PERI.

Not to mention the headquarters for both companies are literally 8 miles apart, so there's the culture thing they both like to have mesh.

All your reasonable points made and taken, put me in the highly doubtful category on this one. That doesn't mean it won't happen, but I don't see it.

First of all, TRMR does not have the horsepower to buy PERI.

Secondly, mgt. at PERI are very disciplined and have a set of parameters from which they haven't strayed in the past 5 years when it comes to acquisitions. They require 30-40% paid by PERI in upfront fees, and the rest to earn out over two to three years. Unless we (the "we" being TRMR in this use) are really desperate, I doubt my new best pal Ofer and the board would approve of such a move, and I don't see either one of them (either of my best pals, Doron or Ofer) stepping down as CEO.

The PERI requirement of any acquisition being immediately accretive to PERI would not be a problem in this case, but still, I don't see it happening.

If they would do a stock for stock merge of some sort, where it would be a tax-free merger, I'd be all for it. Not that it matters what I want.

It would be a monster of a competitor if it were to happen, but I wouldn't bet on it.

This is a good part of the reason for my renewed interest in and excitement about TRMR. Ofer (now my best buddy) talks about this a lot during the dog and pony shows. Along with other positive things.

Hey Biffa...this is so funny. Believe it or not, I am bummed out about this.

I spent several hours this past weekend and Monday going over all our numbers and the last 6 presentations, thoroughly. In spite of my recent disparaging remarks about "the pigs at the top" and their gluttonous ways, I came to the conclusion that I actually like Ofer and gang. (How's that for a turnabout?)

As of two days ago I made the decision to add on weakness. Never mind I have WAY too much TRMR ADS units as it now stands, I now feel we've an opportunity to make a boatload of Dough in the coming years. Being a very greedy American, I wanted to make even more than I think I shall as it now stands.

The point of the above diatribe is the fact that I want to buy more, but not at these prices. So I am actually more upset than happy about the recent price movement, but I am angry at myself for not staying on top of my homework, because all the information I tapped into/reviewed has been available to me for weeks if not months.

You are correct, but the entire suit is closing the gate after the horse has left the corral. Competition is coming on, and the Evil Goog already losing share...it's going to amount to a slap on the wrist, if anything, or so I believe.

EU may be a different story. Their biz model is to find US Companies with which they can't compete.

I own GOOG, and have for decades. I use Bing and DuckDuckGo. I cannot stand the morons that run GOOG.

This is going to take years before it comes to resolution.

It's time for mgt. to produce or get off the stage. Rebranding with a name change isn't going to mean a thing if we don't execute.
