I've read it's doubtful that anyone would rescue SVB. Nobody wants to take on their balance sheet. The bank's been shut down, taken over by the FDIC.

They (the FDIC) may be working on something with another bank.

Short answer: I don't have a clue.

1GW...by the way, if what you're talking about is the signature page I've no idea how I missed that. I did a search for "silicon" and came up with nothing in the 20-F.

Radium, the only insurer of which I am aware is the FDIC, and they only insure up to 250,000 USD in bank deposits.

For some reason I thought I came across where we used them but the loan was paid off. I was doing side by side searches for PERI and TRMR and I think I may have conflated the two.

Of course we don't keep the rest of our cash under that mattress. My thought was it's invested in some sort of short term instrument, and not a bank deposit as such, so that would be something that both exists and of which we'd retain ownership.

No, thank you. Before I checked in I said to myself "let's see what, if anything, Radium and others have posted today".

BTW: Both PERI and TRMR had previous relationships with SVB. They paid their loans off, and there's no mention of SVB since. I get these two conflated all the time when researching side by side, so I don't recall the timeline, but do recall seeing the information. I should have taken notes.

I did a search for "Silicon" and "SVB" in our latest report (Form 20-F, 457 pages long), and came up with nothing.

When I did a search for "bank" I got 170 hits, and found, of course, Citibank, and Royal Bank of Canada, which is mentioned numerous times. They also mentioned something to the effect of "other banking institutions", but did not specify. I blew through about half the hits for "Bank" but have other things to do before I finish perusing the document.

It appears we have a bit under $44 million in bank deposits at the end of 2022. It won't kill us if we have a relatively small amount in the failed SVB, which won't surprise me at all if we do, but of course it won't help.

Just when you think all the sheeeet has already hit the fan, we get this. Fingers crossed it's a non-event for us (and PERI).

All I know about the latest events surrounding SVB is what we read in the press, and it's not good. Oddly enough, I used to be a shareholder (for several years) in SVB back in the late 1980s. The guy who got me into it ended up marrying my ex...good riddance.

As of last night there were at least 166 companies posting information stating either they did not have deposits in SVB or if they did the extent of the deposits. That number is going to grow, of course. I pray to Money Ofer (and Doron at PERI) clue us, the owners of TRMR and PERI, as to exactly what our exposure is. SVB has a presence in Tel Aviv and were after our Money in a big way.

I've been a buyer both days since results, to what was already a bloated position for me relative to my total personal wealth and investment portfolios. It may take a year, maybe longer, for the advertising industry to turn the corner, but that's OK as long as it pans out in the end.

Of course we're all dead in the end. Oh well.

I thank my lucky stars for the fact that by far my largest position is in PERI. To be honest, I often think PERI's performance relative to the rest of the ad tech space and the market in general is almost too good to be true. I imagine you Brits know what it usually means if something is too good to be true. (I did say "almost".)

Not that anyone cares what I believe (especially the markets), but I believe and I'm betting we'll do well with TRMR.

How funny. On my way to bed I checked my email one last time...and there was the Finncap report from "Research Tree" waiting for me.

7 March, over 2/3 into Q1...I've never heard of a company listed in the US for over a year wait so long. I thought there were rules against this in order to be listed on the Nasdaq. Gotta look at the rules after I wake and start my day.

At least this gives us good insight into Q1.

Also, we're currently trading at (most recent price) $8.14. Our close in London translates to a price in the USA of $7.98, so we're only 2% above the close in London.

If there was a leak of good news re: TRME over here we'd be up a lot more than ca 6%, and the volume would be through the roof.

So far we've traded ca 79,000 shares, with less than 100 minutes to go, and the average daily volume for the past 3 months is smidge over 158,000 shares per day.

We're all interested in what they see for the rest of this quarter. I don't believe anyone has a clue about the rest of this year.

We're (PERI) are in year 13 of what will turn into a 14-year relationship with MSFT at the end of the current contract. The last deal expanded our relationship under better terms. We were MSFT's supply partner of the year in 2021. We (PERI) work closely with MSFT on a number of projects, and I believe ChatGBT is one of them. PERI have a small but very smart AI group (Ukranian Jews no longer living in Ukraine), and I'd bet they're somehow involved. I am pretty sure PERI engineers are working with Xander engineers on the Netflix deal. This has been intimated by Doron...but I am not in the room so don't know for sure.

Nobody knows what tomorrow may bring, but I won't be the least bit surprised if they sign another deal. These deals take almost a year to complete. According to Maoz they worked on the last one for 10 months before they ironed out all the terms then signed.

Exciting times to be in our space.

Not that anyone but me cares: I added more TRMR today at $7.87 (I bought a Dreamliner, but have yet to fly in one). I can't afford to keep doing this...I need an intervention.

They've been talking about AI and ChatGBT so much it's already getting old.

MSFT put it out there and it's being 'tested' by the public. There are a lot of problems with ChatGBT. It seems to me it's not ready for prime time.
